“Great facility. Clean and climate controlled. Carts are available for convenience. There are also clean bathrooms. Friendly staff The only downside is that access is not available 24 hours a day and it is quite expensive.”

Their employee who assisted me, Von is thorough, helpful and honored everything promised (e.g., reminding me to send insurance coverage as I asked since I was so busy packing and moving)!”
“Their website is so convenient and user-friendly. The staff on the phone are incredibly helpful and easy to talk to. I was able to read about the various unit sizes, how much each can hold, choose a unit size and book it online all in under 5 minutes! I definitely recommend A&L Storage. Great pricing also. My only recommendation would be to be more transparent about the deposit fee on the pricing page, so it's not a surprise when you go to book. That said, deposit fee included A&L storage prices far out beat their local competitors. 5 stars all day”

“Not sure why the negative reviews unless management has changed recently. This store is clean and neat and I didn't have to wait to get served. This location has, of all things, the nicest and cleanest bathroom I have seen. It is even nicer than most restaurant bathrooms.Rented a small 5x8 trailer and the young man at the counter was knowledgeable, courteous, and efficient. I had just gotten the hitch put on at another Uhaul and needed to purchase a bracket to attach the 4 pin wire to. The young man showed me the bracket I needed ($5) and then proceeded to attach it to my bumper no charge.Overall a very pleasent experience.”

“I'm bummed to see other bad reviews on this company; my experience was the complete opposite...5-star, start to finish, and that is something I've never given movers in 30+ years of cross-country moves. From the phone call that was answered by super-helpful Craig on a Saturday, to the easy online inventory app, to the scheduler and post-move survey call, the customer service was top notch. I had a few unusual requests they noted and honored, like using my own custom built crates for piano and artwork. My crew arrived on time, and they were friendly and courteous, explaining their plan and communicating thoroughly along the way. Shout out to Ervin, Louis and Jovan, who were pure moving geniuses! They worked quickly but carefully to load my PODS container to the brim with zero wasted space. They were conscientious about covering furniture and careful with boxes. I'm confident the majority of my belongings will survive the brutal transit of the PODS world with as little adverse impact as possible.My pre-move estimate was accurate, no hidden surprises, and my total as expected. (To the guy whose review complained about the written disclosure of their tipping policy...some people don't move very often and don't know the etiquette...I didn't find it offensive at all, and tipped my guys for a job well done.) Fingers crossed all goes well with the next stage of the process, now in the hands of the cross-country shipper.”
“Had my storage unit for some time now and I have to say I am very happy with my choice. The price is reasonable for 24 access to the building with climate control . But, my favorite part has to be the area they make available for all customers to leave what they don't want and others to take if they do .”
“The interior of the van was very clean - the windshields had a bit of snow/water/salt residue, but given the time of year that is understandable. I spent a little time wiping down the front windshield and mirrors, not a big problem. Other wise everything was fine.”
