“I wanna start by saying I don’t ever write reviews anywhere at all ever! So with that being said the fact that I’m writing a review for CountyWide Towing says a lot! But I just had to because the service they provide is awesome. They definitely go above and beyond and out of their way not just to service you but to make sure you’re good all the way through whatever process you’re dealing with that has you needing a tow truck. My tow truck driver‘s name was Jonnie and I had a car accident about a week ago and he still text’s me following up and making sure I’m good and his father Scott went out of his way to meet me at the yard to let me empty out my vehicle some places don’t even let you see your car again until you pay for it. So yeah, if you ever need a tow place, they’re your guy!”

“My wife and I are new to the area. Last week her car died. We brought it to the nearest repair shop (not Green’s) in Rhinebeck. They replaced the battery and the car made it home. Our next time using the car it started to lose power. The repair shop never diagnosed the car and just assumed it was the battery. We found Green’s and it just so happened to be 3 minutes from home. We had enough charge to make it to Green’s and dropped it off on Friday night. We left the key in the drop box and a note on the car. First thing Monday, Art called to tell us the alternator was bad. When we picked the car up, We paid the bill and Art mentioned he replaced the serpentine belt as well. Art was great! We paid a very fair price and couldn’t be happier with the prompt attention to our commuter car. We found ourselves a real gem in Green’s! We always prefer to support local and if you’re in the area, I believe you can trust Art to be fair, take care of your vehicle without feeling taken. Highly recommend Art and Green’s! As an example, when I rent his U-haul motorcyle trailer (multiple times), he takes the time to mount it on your hitch with care.
