“Michele Duemmer has taken my blood work twice in the past few months at Quest in Indian Rock Airmont Office and she is simply amazing. I have bad veins and hard to even find a vein....rolling as well. She is patient, understanding, she used a hot pack to bring up the vein, she had me sling my arm, she had many tricks and success every single time with no discomfort. The best of the best she is

“I have been here numerous times and am always so impressed how efficient they are. The kiosk sign in is easy if you scan your license and they welcome walk ins graciously. Like someone else mentioned, you barely have time to sit down and they are calling you to the window. Gerly is professional and very competent. We were waiting for a fax but I was in a hurry so I said I would check back later. She took the initiative to call me when she received it. I recommend location and think older reviews should be scrubbed.”
“I love this place. there is a drive through - never long waits. The pharmacists are really great! They are fast and efficient. I always have my medication on time and they always have my medications available even when there is a nation wide shortage of that medication. i always , consistently receive text messages when meds will be ready and again when they are ready for pickup.”

“I scheduled an appointment for today 12/26. No correspondence except appointment reminders. No calls or emails cancelling the appointment or anything. I get to the office and there’s a note on the door sayin they’re closed and to visit stony point as if it’s across the street.Edited to addI did reschedule for 12/27 and got a call letting me know the computers were down and to reschedule or visit Stoney point. I’m glad I got today’s call before going all the way in. I understand mistakes happen and things fall through”

“I have used this facility for many years name I am never disappointed...This Quest Lab location has the most knowledgeable, customer oriented and friendly staff..They always try to keep you relaxed and for someone who hates “needles” the process is literally painless and comfortable..I have always been taken at the designated time. The use of automated scheduling and check-in has been flawless for me. Excellent experience.”
“Everything was perfect other than I had a nine forty appointment and was not seen till ten thirty. I thought that was a little excessive.

“I recently received a bill for $1,465.00 for a sample diagnosis after an upper GI scope. I have good insurance that already costs me thousands of dollars annually, am retired and to get hit with an unexpected bill like this has never happened before. I was never informed that i would be billed by this company. Now I'm making daily calls to cdx, my Dr's office and my insurance company to try and resolve this. It's very stressful. Do yourself a favor and find out if your dr uses this lab and make sure any test is fully covered. If you don't get a guarantee, I would find another dr. or demand they use another lab. Posting my experience on the Baretts Group on Facebook. If you have Baretts it's an excellent resource.
Update: 6/26/25. I got a call from Sr. Management at the company and they resoloved my issue. We also discussed that companies and Dr.s need to do a better job informing and working with patients ahead of time so that people don't get surprised with expensive bills that can really put them in a bad financial situation. I have since changed my rating because everyone at this company was professional and seemed concerned with resolving this.
Also my rating is soley based on billing practices. I can't speak to whether this test is the latest and greatest but I can say that the company does seem to care about the people it serves. I reserved one star because this experince has left me with feeling uneasy with future proceedures and billing but I think this has become an unfortunatel trend in our current medical system regardless of insurance.”

“I went to Labcorp at Walgreens in New City, NY this week for routine bloodwork. The lady named Candace was very polite and friendly. Not enough blood was coming out of my right vein. She was very apologetic about sticking me again but on my left arm. Her friendliness made it not too painful. She should get a pay raise from Labcorp. Keep your good employees.”
