“Our regular vet did not treat small animals, so I was very happy to find All Creatures. I had recently gotten a pair of gerbils for my daughter. The gerbils had a problem with mites which were biting them and us. Dr. Wong and his assistant were professional and gentle with our pets. Dr. Wong was able to identify the mites and gave us an effective treatment and advice on how to prevent further issues. Will definitely return for all our small animal needs.”

Patricia Collins, DVM, sets a remarkable standard for both professionalism and generosity. She is always patient with our many questions, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. She often goes the extra mile— today she helped me take our dogs to the car after their procedures. Afterwards, she ran back outside just to give our “boys” treat bags in celebration of Dental Cleaning Month so we wouldn’t leave without them . Her kindness and dedication truly make all the difference.

“We adopted our sweet, 13 year old, senior pup Cassie on August 9th. I knew before we officially adopted her that she had major issues with her teeth. Many people I had spoken to highly recommended Dr. Lawrence Ness at Airmont Animal Hospital. Shortly after adopting Cassie, I made an appointment with Dr. Ness and he was absolutely amazing! He did a thorough examination and he really took his time and answered all of our questions. Dr. Ness reported that Cassie would require surgery to remove the majority of her teeth because she had a severe infection. If left untreated, she risked going into kidney failure. Dr. Ness is such a kind, caring and compassionate man! He truly loves animals. He had commented that she must be extremely uncomfortable and in pain. We scheduled the surgery for the following week. Dr. Ness and his team were wonderful from start to finish. Dr. Ness even called me after the surgery, while Cassie was still in recovery. Thanks to Dr. Ness and his team, Cassie came through the surgery beautifully and she has made a wonderful recovery. Since then, I have been in touch with Dr. Ness since Cassie also suffers from allergies. Dr. Ness and his office staff have been very responsive and receptive to my numerous calls. The receptionists have been very helpful, reassuring and extremely patient. Truly exceptional Customer Service! I am so grateful for Dr. Ness and his staff at Airmont Animal Hospital! I highly recommend Dr. Ness and Airmont Animal Hospital! They are absolutely the best hands down!”

“I just had to bring my 17 week old here he was congested and they treated him with such loving care ,they made it as stressless as possible .He was given 2 medicines while he was there . When we got home within a half hour he went and ate a little and had perked up a little. His brother was happy to have him come back home. “We have used Banfield Pet Hospital since a little while after we got our sweet Shadow up until last Thursday when we made the most difficult decision to euthanize him. He was 17 and 1/2 years old. We have seen many different vets and vet techs during the 17 years - some great, some good, some just ok. To me the most important thing was how kindly they treated my baby and how comfortable they made him feel! He always was!
