“Our regular vet did not treat small animals, so I was very happy to find All Creatures. I had recently gotten a pair of gerbils for my daughter. The gerbils had a problem with mites which were biting them and us. Dr. Wong and his assistant were professional and gentle with our pets. Dr. Wong was able to identify the mites and gave us an effective treatment and advice on how to prevent further issues. Will definitely return for all our small animal needs.”

Patricia Collins, DVM, sets a remarkable standard for both professionalism and generosity. She is always patient with our many questions, taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. She often goes the extra mile— today she helped me take our dogs to the car after their procedures. Afterwards, she ran back outside just to give our “boys” treat bags in celebration of Dental Cleaning Month so we wouldn’t leave without them . Her kindness and dedication truly make all the difference.

“My cat, Max, scares easily and doesn’t like being around new people. It takes her a long time to warm up to people. But Dr. Parker and the vet tech were so amazing and sweet that Max warmed up to them instantly. Their suggestions to treat Max’s issue also worked great. I highly recommend them.
Update:
This past December, our Max crossed the rainbow bridge during a routine visit to Dr. Parker’s office. She did everything to save her but it wasn’t possible. The only reason I held it together at the office was because Dr. Parker reassured me it wasn’t my fault and it was just Max’s time. It’s been the most difficult time for our family, made easier by Dr. Parker’s kindness and compassion. What’s surprising is she didn’t charge us anything for all she did to save Max. We’ll never forget what she did for us during the darkest day of our lives ❤️”

“I just had to bring my 17 week old here he was congested and they treated him with such loving care ,they made it as stressless as possible .He was given 2 medicines while he was there . When we got home within a half hour he went and ate a little and had perked up a little. His brother was happy to have him come back home. Thanks to their staff who made it easy from the minute we came through the door. Highly recommend them to take great care of your furbabies. “They truly care about your pet and take their time to evaluate your 4-legged companion. I’ve used this vet for my 4- and 2 -year old frenchies and I’ll gladly drive 40 min to this vet vs. visiting the local animal hospital that’s 5 min away. It’s pricey but they use quality shots which minimize downtime. My dogs are a little nervous but they always leave happy after Dr. Bishnoi and his team treats them up.”

“We have used Banfield Pet Hospital since a little while after we got our sweet Shadow up until last Thursday when we made the most difficult decision to euthanize him. He was 17 and 1/2 years old. We have seen many different vets and vet techs during the 17 years - some great, some good, some just ok. To me the most important thing was how kindly they treated my baby and how comfortable they made him feel! He always was!
I don’t have enough good things to say about Dr. Morales, Annie and the staff on his final day on earth with how they were with him as well as with myself. Thank you Banfield Nanuet!”
