“Wow! An A-1 repair shop with highly knowledgeable and experienced mechanics is like finding a treasure nowadays. My vehicle was damaged on the front end in an accident, with some rather perplexing electrical / electronic problems developing beyond the structural damages. The alarm system (blaring horn) kept rearming itself randomly and going off full tilt. The electrics and computer problems in cars nowadays are the hardest part to diagnose. Yet Chris, the mechanic who worked on my vehicle (including the structural damages) figured everything out and got my car back to me in wonderful fully-repaired condition. So I gladly highly recommend Caliber Collision Center to anyone looking for a trustworthy top-notch repair shop when you need one. They're local, they're good, and they have an already excellent reputation to keep.”

“It's a Saturday night just before closing, and we had quite the brake debacle. It's cold & dark, and chances of ANY small-town auto parts store having parts for our European ride, were quite remote. What's more, they even saved us time and money with a brake-rotor-lathe in the rear of their warehouse that refurbished our rotors for a fraction of the cost for new ones that were days away. They even stayed after closing to assure we had fresh rotors for our long journey the next day. Small town hospitality from a BIG player in auto parts! I'm VERY impressed!!!”

“United auto will beat almost any price on any part in almost any other store. I have never found brake pads and rotors as cheap as they have them. Batteries, CV axles, washer fluid, oil, filters and even tools. Everything you could need as a mechanic or a do it yourselfer. Service can be slow at times but it mostly seems to be computer related.”

“I had an excellent experience having a Full Synthetic Oil Change done on my dad's 2009 VW EOS today. The car required some special sockets and some of the pan bolts were very corroded. Emmanuel did an excellent job of getting the tools and even showing me the concerns before proceeding. He took the time to do it properly and I didn't mind waiting a bit longer than usual to have it done right. This was also a tremendous value to have Mobil 1 synthetic & a Fram filter for under $60. I live in NC and do all my own auto work, so I am familiar with working on foreign cars. I was visiting NY and didn't have the tools to do it myself, but I will definitely go here again!”
