The rudest service over the phone. As a customer was grilled and put on the offensive about a broken system. I asked for prices to add features and he acted like he was doing me a favor. I am switching alarm companies!

I have had this system for almost three years and it's been nothing but trouble. It has gone off randomly and it took the company several weeks to fix it. The installers do not seem skilled at all. I'm addition customer service is non responsive. There was an issue with the app they supplied and did not get back to me as promised. They refused to take responsibility for the issue and blamed the vendor. My employer uses them as well and has had multiple issues. I should have looked at their ratings ahead of time but they were a referral from a friend.

We upgraded our security systems across the board with All Time, and the work was superb. They were punctual, professional and excellent that their various jobs throughout the house, inside and out. Phon and his team deserve more than a 5 star rating if it were possible. Excellent experience.

These guys are the real deal! We are a woman owned and run business and the All Time team gave us a quick appointment, showed up early, we're spotlessly clean with installation and made clear how to work the system before they left. Our technician made sure we downloaded and were comfortable with the app. And said we could call anytime with any issue or question. Highly recommend!

They are very horrible alarm system. We went from adt to them.. and it is our fault that their system did not work with adt supply. Since I signed a contract with them they should had changed the whole system, but they did not. Whose fault was it that the system was not working? Lazy people. They are not even worth the 1 star I gave them..

I had a terrible experience with them. They gave us a reasonable quote to install a security system and provide a minimum of one year of monitoring. We paid a large deposit, and then two days before installation they sent a second service agreement for us to sign. It was outrageous, requiring a minimum term of 5 years of monitoring, even if we moved out of the house, requiring us to buy $1 million in insurance for them, requiring us to pay their attorneys fees if there was ever a dispute, limiting their liability, even for their gross negligence, to $250, and more. I spent two hours negotiating with them and eventually they agreed to change the contract, but then that night they called to say they did not want to do business with me. The reason is obvious. They do not want to do business with,anyone who realizes how sleazy they are. Avoid them like the plague!

These guys were awesome , I foolishly locked Myself out of the car when I was bringing in groceries. I called All time Detection in a panic. I spoke with a young man named Anthony. He told me not to worry they will get someone out to me ASAP. Johnny the Locksmith showed up promptly and got me back into my car in a matter of minutes. Thank you guys for being prompt and Professional.

Expert service and incredibly honest people I own a commercial building in Rye and the front door is controlled by an automated system. It broke causing the door to remain locked which is obviously a big problem for a commercial building. I called and Jeff was very helpful and got someone out quickly. Justin arrived and was very knowledgeable and fixed part of the system but then needed to have their locksmith Jonny do an additional step. Jonny came over quickly and let me know that the system might need a $600 circuit board. I authorized the repair. When Jonny was finished fixing the system he told me that the old circuit board was actually fine and he was able to fix it by doing some re-wiring. This was an incredibly honest move. He easily could have put in the $600 board and I never would have known. Seriously, I was just stunned. It's so refreshing to see such an honest person. It made me want to write this review as just a small way of repaying a good deed. The experience was excellent from start to finish. They earned a customer for life.

It was a terrible experience. First, they gave us a reasonable quote for a system based on a one year monitoring contract; They took a large down payment and then sent us an outrageous monitoring service contract with a term of a minimum of 5 years, even if we move out of the house, that would require us to purchase $1 million in liability insurance for them, to pay for their attorneys if there was ever a dispute, capping their liability for anything they did wrong at $250.00, and more. I spent hours negotiating a reasonable deal only to have the owner call back to tell me he didn’t want to do business with me. The reason is obvious. They try to take advantage of people and don’t want to do business with anyone who sees how sleazy they can be. By the way, they still have not returned my deposit, though they said they will. Avoid them like the plague.

All Time Detection has been my alarm/security system provider for as long as I can remember. From my house growing up to my mothers (next) home, my in-laws and siblings. We have all used All Time for years and been extremely happy with the service they provide. When we moved into our home almost 18 years ago we promptly swapped out the existing provider for All Time, and have only positive experience. They are responsive, helpful and courteous. They've always helped to troubleshoot when possible prior to sending out a tech and incurring extraneous charges and fees. Over the years we have grown to know some of 'the team' and they've been great. I would highly recommend contacting them for your alarm or security services!!

I've been doing business with all-time detection for a long time because they are the best in the business. Mike, Phon, and the rest of the gang are professionals and unbelievably responsive. I trust the safety of my family and my business to the professionals at all-time detection.
