This dealership/service center has always been great. They go above & beyond. Douglas Imhoff my service advisor is great with communication. He Check in with me a few times & keep me posted because I had one bad tire -only to find out I had four bad tires & the insurance company wanted to know how could this happen but all went well- it took about 9 hours because of the insurance company but it was done & I was great full…Service: Tires

First timer. Over 10 years at a BMW in LI. I went for inspection sticker, but they also did an oil change and the complimentary car wash. Service was swift and seamless. A definite recommend. I think I may even try them for my next lease!Service: Oil change

Blew a flat. They were so polite and helpful in every way. When they realized I could not get my car back on time to pick up my son, they went out of their way for me a found me loaner car . What’s the point of a response to the review if you truly don’t care about responding or addressing? FYI, any responses are for optics. They don’t care to address any actual problems.SERVICE CENTER REVIEW. I used to only bring my vehicle here. However, the last time I brought it in my service advisor was rude and condescending. I ended up also having to close a credit card because they kept randomly charging small amounts even months AFTER I picked up my vehicle. I don’t know what has happened, but the level of disorganization and arrogance is truly disappointing. Shop or service any BMW dealer EXCEPT one in the Penske Automotive Group.

I wish I could give zero stars! The customer service is terrible, they treat black people as if we don’t deserve good service as anyone else. I am so disappointed and livid. I took my car here for a service and came back for it only to see that nothing was fixed on my vehicle. Yet still they want to charge me a lum sum of money for absolutely nothing!! DO NOT GO HERE! They got loud and ignorant towards me and I felt very threatened.

Always the best! Exceptional Service. Doug, Andre, Audrey, they have been looking out for me for years and always make me feel welcome. I know my car is in good hands when it’s time for maintenance service or repairs. I wouldn’t service my car anywhere else! SERVICE CENTER REVIEW. I used to only bring my vehicle here. However, the last time I brought it in my service advisor was rude and condescending. Please give service advisor Anthony F the recognition he deserves! I was in for an oil change but asked about tires as they are about due for a replacement. Anthony spent the time with me to look up available tire options and gave me a quote on them. He explained everything very clearly to me and I did not feel rushed at all. He is knowledgable and professional. Customer service overall at this service center is top notch. You will feel well taken care of the moment you pull your vehicle in. Don’t waste your time with independents. This service center is honest and prices are reasonable. Well worth the peace of mind of knowing your vehicle is in the hands of a quality service center.Service: Oil change

Misleading pricing.I called to inquire about what it would cost to replace my brake pads on my X5 and was quoted a price which I thought was fair. So I booked an appointment. I wrote down the exact price as I called a couple of dealers to see who had the best price.They came to pick up my car which was is a great service. When I called the service advisor to review what needed to get done I confirmed that I needed the pads replaced. I also mentioned the price I was given when I made the appointment and he informed me that they could not honor that price. He indicated that the people making the appointments don't know the pricing and are not authorized to give pricing. Once they had my SUV they wanted over $400 more than I was quoted!They were nice about it in that washed my car and topped it up with gas as "compensation", however this was such a waste of my time. Booking the appointment; making sure I was available for pickup, speaking to the advisor, sending in my insurance and drivers licence, making sure I was available to receive my car at the end of the day, etc. It really was disruptive to my work.I get it that perhaps an appointment taker should not be quoting pricing, however there was no way for me to know that the person I was speaking with was not authorized to quote prices. As far as I am concerned that is not my job to question someone's authority to quote prices. It does not reflect highly of BMW or organization of service department. Most companies will honor pricing if there is a mistaken quote on their part. This did not happen in this case.All prior work I had done at this dealer was done properly and was fairly priced. Sadly this was not the best experience this time.Service: Brakes

Excellent service by BMW Greenwich. I live in White Plains (closer to BMW White Plains) but now choose the Greenwich/Portchester location for service. Reinaldo provided the best possible service. He is very knowledgeable and goes above and beyond. Everything is automated from scheduling appointment to paying the service bill. Keep up the great work!

Terrible service, I'm never going back to that place! Two Menager's helpless there. Was promised loaner car, came there and loaner was not available. Also watch out for your mileage on your odometer. Because my service before about 50 miles was put on my car!!! Stay away from that place.
