“I've been shopping at this Home Depot since they've originally opened. I've never had any problems with this store. The only issues that I've ever faced with customers who are very rude and inconsiderate to other shoppers and the staff. I love coming here over the Port Chester or the Norwalk stores because this one has more options available. Yes, the staff can be a little slow. However, they are always doing the best and are super friendly!!! Anytime I need help I can always find an available worker to help me out. I see that the other reviews on here criticize workers , however I don't believe that these are true and some of the "rude customers." Their garden section has amazing options, and they have everything from simple flowers two large landscaping items. This is a great place to find everything that you need .”

“I have been shopping at KRB for years at this location, and the prior location. It is a local family business and It pretty much has all of the things you could have purchased at Brewers before they shut down.
I fully understand why all the contractors love this place - it has most of what you need, the prices beat the big box stores, you can get in and out quickly and the store is very well organized.
If you are doing any kind of repair to your home, they likely have what you need. For any kind of painting project, they pretty much have everything you would find in a paint store, but cheaper They also have every cleaning supply you can imagine, including the commercial stuff.
The staff has always been friendly and helpful with advice when I need it.”
“Best of the best!!! Ever since I made my switch over from my other distributor, I cannot express how happy I am. Quality and service is unmatched. I have dealt with ABC building supply which was an absolute nightmare. ABC told me to wait 6 weeks for a skylight, mean while new castle had in the warehouse ready to ship. Especially in the roofing business one must be quick to deliver the service. Because of new castle my business has grown and my clients are amazed at how fast we provide material and service. Coming to new castle, the staff and manager treat you like family. My many thanks goes to jack, Luis and TY. New castle is very fortunate to have these guys.”
