I have dealt with ABC building supply which was an absolute nightmare. ABC told me to wait 6 weeks for a skylight, mean while new castle had in the warehouse ready to ship. Especially in the roofing business one must be quick to deliver the service. Because of new castle my business has grown and my clients are amazed at how fast we provide material and service. “I've been shopping at this Home Depot since they've originally opened. I've never had any problems with this store. The only issues that I've ever faced with customers who are very rude and inconsiderate to other shoppers and the staff. I love coming here over the Port Chester or the Norwalk stores because this one has more options available. Yes, the staff can be a little slow. However, they are always doing the best and are super friendly!!! Anytime I need help I can always find an available worker to help me out. I see that the other reviews on here criticize workers , however I don't believe that these are true and some of the "rude customers." Their garden section has amazing options, and they have everything from simple flowers two large landscaping items. This is a great place to find everything that you need .”
