Chase Bank in Port Chester is conveniently located on the corner of Willett Ave and Main Street. The bank is in a historic building with beautiful architecture. Eileen and the team at this Chase branch are outstanding people and true professionals. They provide A+ customer service and they really care about the people that walk through the doors. We drive 20 minutes away from our town to come here because of how great they are. If only every bank was like this one!

Standard chase. Older classing bank building architecture. The only downside is that the after-hours ATM only has one machine, though there are two additional ATMs in the main teller area during business hours.

I have never written a bad review in my life, as a business owner I feel like it is counter productive and does not resolve any issues. Though my last interaction with this Chase Bank makes me feel necessary to do so. I am writing this review for two different occasions where I had issues with this branch. Issue one back in November/December the location was closed due to the pandemic there atm was still open to make deposits. I deposited several checks over this course of time, the atm lost 3 of my checks during this time period and the branch was unable to locate. So I was responsible for finding whose checks they were and calling clients ask them to rewrite checks for me(embarrassing and made me look irresponsible). With the pandemic you think they would understand how much people needed the money and would be more organized. Today I went there to create a 2nd business account. After arriving at 1245 and watching every single person get assistance before and after me. They told me at 215 the bank is closed and they could not assist me. Maybe tell me this before I wait 1.5 hrs. I also feel like I was not seen as a priority because I do not speak Spanish. Every Spanish speaking person cut me in line and was treated with grace and respect. I was treated like garbage. I decided today this will be the last time I set foot in this branch. Have not decided if I will change from Chase banking because as an organization they usually exceed my expectations.Tim

I just received the nastiest attitude from one of tellers. I've never seen her at this location before but she was not pleasant. This made me so annoyed. I work at one of the local businesses and come here often and this by far was the worst experience and I left without anything being resolved from what I needed.

I don't visit my bank as often as I used to since the online banking kicked in full power. I thought that my one visit will be a quick in and out. Iw as wrong. It was a long one.

The customer service is horrible! On top of that the employees are racist. They treat the foreign people with disrespect . I'm closing my account with them and going to Bank of America !
