Terrible terrible employees at the service desk and highly unprofessional manager female . Rude, angry , and unprofessional. They put the worst people at the service desk to torture the customers that provide their income. There is no such thing " no hassle return policy " They make sure that your experience will be the one that you'll never forget .

I have to congratulate Stop & Shop for the excellent job they have done in upgrading the layout of this store with wider aisles and better organized display of their products I would have given them 5 stars but I do not like having to use the self-service check outs

This store has gone way down hill, trash all over the parking lot, panhandler's and sketchy looking guys hanging out. The store itself is kind of dirty... I live pretty close to this store, but it's so nasty I drive 20 minutes to the North White Plains location instead to avoid this place.

There was a big pile of cheese on the floor! The bathrooms they are always super hot and stinky. But always a blast to be there! No hose for the vegetables.

I go to this shop for my grocery shopping every week. The shop is ok except today, i.e. April 28, 2020. I bought a pack of chicken thighs in full price this morning and found out the meat was not fresh even it will expire on April 29. I then took the meat back for refunds and they told me all food are final due to this critical time. It was not fair. Can a shop use this critical time as an excuse to continue selling bad meats to customers ? The policy for no return should base on the fact that the food are fresh. I complained to the Store Manager, Jaime and he has no help at all.

ALWAYS SEARCHING FOR SOMETHING THEY DO NOT HAVE ON STOCK. I shop here out of convenience but ALWAYS must fill in the things they do not have going to other markets such as Acme.THESE ARE THINGS THEY USED TO HAVE ,but of a sudden don't carry anymore. Staples like Campbell's pea soup they used to have, then carried only the unhealthy version with pork and bacon and when people didn't buy that ,no more Campbell's pea soup at all.I think hundreds of products have been removed.Every time I go there I have to leave lacking 5 or 6 things. On the shelves almost all products are misplaced so you do not know what price they really are.I think they are hiring many people who can't read English. With the Nature's Promise soy milk they stock the vanilla version and not the standard plain one and this has gone on for years.WHY? I tend to think the person running the place is either very young, unhealthy or doesn't know much about the kinds of food people want and need. It's a complete mixed up mess.Nothing makes any sense here.

It's a great store because even on the holidays there is tons of parking. However the store doesn't seem to have proper staff. There's 10 Lanes that someone checks you out and 2-4 have someone there. The self check outs are broken. Some don't accept cash and you find that out as your next in line. If they do break down while your using it, expect to wait a while before someone notices you need help. The hardest working employee at that store is the robot Marty who seems to be the only one cleaning up the place. Btw don't use the restrooms. Dirty and never have soap in the restrooms.

This store is getting worse every year. I recently bought a container of pineapple juice from their dairy dept. and it had a lot of black stuff on it. It looked like mold. So I returned it and complain to a manager. They payed me no mind and continued to walk on by. I'm never buying anything from their dairy again.

It's a matter of convenience....living in Port Chester it is the ONLY big Supermarket in the area....ACME located in Rye Brook is small and EXPENSIVE to fully shop in!! We DESPERATELY NEED another big market such as Shop Rite....it's ashame nothing seems to stay in the old PATHMAR/KEY FOOD!!! Maybe WEGMAN'S will be competition once it is up and running....but may be a bit more expensive than SnS!!

This is a good Stop & Shop. It's clean, well lit, and well stocked. This location is large and carries a huge selection of items. I found multiple foods here that other locations don't have. The floral department is excellent as always! They have a ton of very pretty and colorful flowers and plants, as well as some really nice seasonal decorations. The bakery is fantastic and is probably the best department in this store. They've got a huge selection of baked goods here. They had pumpkin donut holes, apple cider donuts, tons of cakes, and s'mores danish, all of which aren't at most locations. All of the baked goods looked fresh and appealing. They also have a case with frozen cupcakes and cakes. Those cakes were so well decorated with many interesting designs and they looked amazing. The deli is good here with friendly staff. They had a ton of sandwiches and salads at the grab and go section, all of which looked fresh and tasty. The prepared chicken as all hot and fresh. This location has a large cheese section with many different varieties of cheeses. The olive bar looked good as well. Produce was good here. The pineapples, watermelons, and bananas looked fresh. The fish looked fresh with a large selection. Meats looked fresh for the most part. Most of the ground beef was nice and fresh, but I did find 1 pack that wasn't too good. This location has a large beer section up front and a huge organic section. The organic section spans two aisles and is very clean, well kept, and well stocked. There's a good variety in the dairy section as well. The staff here were all friendly, attentive, and helpful. The guy at the deli and the woman in the meat department seemed very nice and helpful with customers. However, I do have a few issues with this store. The bathrooms look dirty and smell like strong cleaner. Sometimes you can smell the cleaner while at the deli. They should be much cleaner than they are. Also, the right entrance is dirty. There's some litter scattered around and the carpet where the carts are kept needs vacuuming. I have found some expired items on the shelves here, so you need to make sure to check the dates on what you buy. This location is always very crowded and busy, but the staff do a good job handling the crowds inside. The parking lot is a real hassle though. Everyone is honking at each other and being impatient. When we were here, I saw two customers arguing over a parking spot. Still, the parking issue is more the customers fault than the store's fault, in my opinion. If customers could be more patient and not always rude or in such a hurry, traffic could flow better. Overall, I really like this location despite it's flaws. Yes, there are a few issues they could work on, but for me the positives far outweigh the negatives. If you are in this area and need food, I would definitely recommend this Stop & Shop. They've got a wonderful selection in every department, staff are friendly, and the place is mostly clean. I will be back if I'm in the area again. 3.5 stars for the Port Chester Stop & Shop.

Many thanks to Mr. Adam Kennedy, one of the best binary options managers, who has the best strategy and signals that can help you win every time you exchange. Before you meet me, Mr.kennedy I was scammed several times and I lost $ 2.000 to two different managers, who claim they are real but turn into monsters The moment I fund my trading account...

I wasted time going to two Safeways yesterday only for both of their Coinstars to be out of order. Had to get my cash from customer service. Never had any problem with Coinstar before so I am disappointed and in the future hope you can inform people when your machines are down.

$10 for a small prepackaged salad at 8:30 PM? that was probably sitting all day. Come on Stop and Shop... prices seem to be going up. That same salad was about $3.99 five or so months ago.

I generally go here because of its convenient location and ample parking. I pretty much think that it's a nice location though its upkeep sometimes is spotty. For example, the cart return areas in the parking lot sometimes are filled with carts and I don't see enough turn around by staff to make them available. I like that there is a good footprint for products but sometimes I wonder. For example, the "While Supplies Last" deals need to be carefully inspected. Two separate times I tried to go to the cold cut section in the back to see what was available. The first time was cold cuts that were expired .... the whole rack. Teh second time (tonight) I went and saw some vacuum packed cooked links that were three weeks past expiration.
