The parcel service is terrible. On April 1, I sent a package to Peru, they said it would take approximately 2 weeks to deliver. The Wednesday before Holy Thursday they called that it was ready to pick up. The person went to pick him up from the kitchen in Lima after Easter on Monday and they told him that there was no attention for him to return on Tuesday. On Tuesday they told him that the package was still in customs, despite the call saying. The package is ready to pick up. He called the Portchester agency to find out what was happening. They tell me to wait until Friday. In Lima, don't answer the phone here either. What's more, they take the call and hang it up immediately. After insisting so much, today he answers me and says that they are going to find out what happened because according to the person on the phone, the person is still in customs that will delay my call. That around 2 pm. They never call me back. 5:10 pm I call again to a totally rude woman who told me in a few words that I am a liar because from Lima they inform her that the package is ready to pick up and that no one has come for it. VERY BAD EXPERIENCE with this agency.

Worst place ever to use, they don't use a regular fleet company they use regular people and paid them to transport the merchandise, if they get in trouble they left the items behind, also they open your original package and the items get separated. Don't use this establishment they have also been reported on BBB for fraudulent use.Please refrain from using these offices, they are not responsible for shipping, they also use other methods that are questionable for shipping.
