Went to fix something with my phone and Alex the guy at the customer service was very unpleasant and unprofessional (on his phone while talking to me and stopped me while I was talking), very rude attitude.

Went to fix an issue with my phone. The guy at the customer service was very unpleasant and unprofessional (on his phone while talking to me), very rude attitude and when I left scream at me "Your welcome"! Not sure if working with people is his calling. By the way, didn't resolve my issue.

Alex at the Portchester store gave me extraordinary service when my phone wouldn't accept the charging wire that I was using. After going to an electronics repair shop that was going to charge a fortune AND long delay for parts, Alex simply sold me a replacement wire (worked perfectly!) for less than cost and saved me the expense & inconvenience of repair or a new phone, etc.

I purchased a iPhone SE from this location the lady that assisted my Anabelle was very knowledgeable and through in her sale. I never felt rushed, she took her time and never pressured me at any point in the sale. She went the extra mile and made sure to have my new phone working properly and installed my new protection screen and new case. Being a handicapped person I can appreciate all the assistance she provided for me and most of all her professionalism she followed all covid protocols as well which made me very completely comfortable the whole time I was inside. Thank you for everything, I will continue to do business at this location because of her.

My father in law went there today 11/18 and waited outside for 30 mins for the store to open up because the employee was sleeping or just had the store locked, they finally got inside and my father in law was explaining he wanted to pay and some issues he had and the employee was very very rude and unprofessional and unhelpful, I would like for a owner to contact us

I've been a happy Cricket customer for over 5 years and wanted to buy my folks iPhones for Christmas. I came last week because of a deal I saw on the website. I was told by a young rep to order the phones through them. No problem there. I came back with my folks and all their necessary account numbers/pins...but wasn't still no phones. I left a deposit for the phones (which I was reminded more than once to leave in cash). Several days go buy, I keep calling. No follow up.....and this is ONLY to order the phone. Not sure where this place gets their phones. Maybe Narnia. I came in tonight after I called (again) but I left empty handed. Rudy (yes this is Christmas and way too fitting) told me he wasn't going to let me leave the store without purchasing their iPhone cases. I said I didn't want to do that. This wasn't mentioned to me until I was about to take out my wallet to pay (in cash). Mind you, I had seen a nice white couple go through the same process during my previous visit and they were not told they needed to purchase any cases before leaving the store with their new phones. This isn't a race review, maybe this Rudy had it out for me just for being me? I don't know. Rudy then proceeded to make a phone call to tell his manager I was not interested in purchasing an iPhone case. I was then told their store did not sell iPhones without a customer purchasing one of their cases - his manager would not let the phones go without paying for cases. The call ended. I asked to speak with her (manager was in Narnia, not physically in the store?) He called her back (apparently). Rudy did not hand me the phone but instead hung up and told me the phones weren't going to leave the store. I consider myself a pretty calm, reasonable person and not a fan of making a fuss. I like to treat people with respect and dignity. I also know these Cricket stores are franchises. This was just a terrible experience and I wanted to share so that no one else has to go through this. I actually called Cricket customer service and got a wonderful, patient woman (Donna) who helped me to order the phones online. I'm grandfathered into an awesome plan and want to underscore I really like Cricket. But this store.........can just eat it.
