After my car was damaged, I was set up with a rental through insurance and connected with Enterprise. From the moment I was picked up at the body shop, the experience was exceptional. The driver who picked me up was courteous and professional, setting the tone for what turned out to be outstanding service from start to finish. Once at the rental location, both gentlemen there — including Nilo, whose name I caught — continued that same level of kindness and efficiency. They were professional, patient, and genuinely pleasant to work with. What could have been a stressful day was made smooth and easy thanks to this entire team. I truly appreciated their care and attention!

Don’t use this branch. I had a terrible experience picking up my car and dropping it off. I had made a reservation for a car three weeks prior, and confirmed it the night before. Long story, but there was no car for me when they picked me up 45 minutes late from the car repair shop a mile away. They told me I would just have to wait there until someone returned their car! One of the employees (maybe the manager) wound up apologizing and after a while drove me over to the airport branch to get a car and offered me a discount due to their mistakes. I did appreciate his efforts so I didn’t leave a negative review at that time. But, when I went to drop the car off at the end of the rental period he wasn’t there and again, more stupid logistical problems and rude service. If you live near Port Chester, maybe try the Greenwich branch or the Airport .

I came her for a rental car and they gave me a Nisson and then a Mazduh like i’m some brokey. It was highly disrespectful and probably racist.

Absolutely great experience using Enterprise in Port Chester. Service upon check-in was seamless. Return was just as fast and they even provide a reminder when you need to return the car pending insurance maximums. I appreciated them walking me through the process after my accident. It was nice knowing the staff was always available throughout your rental as well. I’d highly recommend for your car rental needs!

Top notch service. They said they would have my car ready on the date they told me and kept me updated daily as well via text messages. Car repairs were in tact, and my car looked better than it did when I first brought it in. I recommend this place 100 percent. Thank you

I rented a car for one day on Friday and returned it the next day Saturday before 12pm. The location doors were locked and no one was around. There was a key drop box at the location. I parked the car it front and placed the keys in the box. Few days later I was charged for 3 days rental and was told I dropped it off on a Monday at 7am which is a complete lie. Ive rented from this location several times without a problem. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told to wait, then told to come back the next day which I did but the manager Nilo.E.LopezCastillo has been avoiding me. Ive sent numerous emails and made several calls. No courtesy call back. Avoid this place and go to Greenwich to rent your car. Poor management skills.

This morning when we get inside enterprise to ask about my car reservation one of the staff he
was on the other computer table not at the front desk asking questions but I told him to finish what he is been doing I could wait because I told him it is not professional to yell at each other and why he doesn't use the computer at the front desk. And when I ask about my reservation he said to pay the whole amount for the week $660 plus $300 deposit which is the total of $960. and my card would be charge right away. I ask him why and he cannot explain it right. So I left and told him he is not a good sale person and I will just go to another car rental that could help me. So I'm not recommending this place.

I recently had occasion to use this auto rental company while my car was being repaired. I was collected from the repair shop and taken to the Enterprise office to choose and collect my rental car. Once my car was repaired I returned the rental directly to Enterprise and was then driven back to the repair shop to collect my car. All in all I received good service and a good clean vehicle from Enterprise and would highly recommend them.
