It has to be a management issue. It i bad enough that the workers are no where to be found but when you find one they ae actually mad and rude that you asked a question. After waiting each time 20 minutes... i am faced with ... "Can you tell me the measurements of this flower box ?" The annoyed worker scanned with his phone and said." 14 inches ." I then said. "But that it is a rectangle what are all the measurements?" He walked away Or, "Do you have lounge cushions? . Answer as if i was stupid, "Whatever you see" or " Can I ask you about the plants?" Ans."No" Three tries this year and will never go back . The staff is either not being paid enough or being taken advantage of. People are angry for a reason

Even one star may be too much for this location. The CEO for Home Depot needs to show up at this store. First of all, the store is poorly organized. The signage is not clear. When you go online to view and find an item a location is provided, the problem when the store is reconfigured nothing matches! Now go and try to find someone to assist, you have a better chance at getting hit by a lightning strike. When you find someone they don't work in that department. To compound the issue they call someone to that specific department and no one shows! This is what happens when stores are geared to a specific client and try to cater too all. Home Depot is for contractors and construction workers not occasional do it yourself person. We had a local Ace Hardware store that provided far better customer service but sadly were forced to close.

No assistance in isle 14 or 15 waited for an hour called. Went to customer assistance they put two calls on the speaker for me after they put the two calls in I waited about 30 minutes no one came after which I then decided I’m going to try to seek more people out in the store two people with Home Depot shirts on that Home Depot told me they do not work there. I observe the first one who allegedly does not work there at the store stocking shelves. The next person I saw who does not work there actually went on a stepladder about 20 feet in a year to return items to the shelves. This was a Tuesday at 9:45 AM there looks to be many many staff members in the store. All of them doing nothing from now on if I have any significant issues that I’m not able to understand or need clarity on I’m going to be shopping at Ace Hardware very unfortunate and clear Miss management of the store

Useless. They have no care for customer service. Most of their staff are standing around chatting to each other, when customers are waiting for help.

45 minutes and counting .. waiting for a Supervisor nor showing up.. customer service is TRASH!! Get it together homedepot or ill go do business somewhere else . Ah and by the way items order wasnt in stocked as ordered prior date. Stay away from this store

Don’t waste your time. By far the worst Home Depot. No one cares. No one ever knows what is going on. There is no customer service. You can be standing at customer service and you might as well be invisible. Do yourself a huge favor and just travel a little further to a better Home Depot..

Not much room to get around with tractor trailer but as long as the gate open for outside loading then it’s easy to back up

5 minutes to find what I needed. 20 minutes to pay. Not enough cashiers at the register. Self check out lacked terminals.
