Awful experience. Went to get the oil changed on 10/30 to be told their system was down. No call or anything and drove 30 minutes to the dealership. Came next day, sitting here waiting, 1.15 hour later and truck hasn't been Brought in yet and was told to be patient.... be patient. this is not good service. Won't use them again.

I had a terrible experience here and with Nissan in general. I got a new transmission here at 75k miles on a 2013 Sentra. Since then have had numerous repairs done here including a new catalytic converter installed 2 months ago. Since then the car did not seem repaired and I finally brought it back and got the report that the car needs a new transmission again, after another 40k miles. The staff was not helpful to answer questions about why the transmission failed again, nor would they waive the $189 diagnostic fee even though the recent diagnostic test did not find that I needed a new transmission; instead I spent $2,000 on a catalytic converter and probably drove the car less than 400 miles since. I know it's mostly bad luck, but thought I should say that the service here is expensive, the workers are generally pleasant but not helpful and not interested in treating long term customers well. Also, 2013 Sentra is the worst car ever made. I won't buy a Nissan again.Services: Steering & suspension repair

This is one if the worst dealerships i have been to. I have been here twice for a nys inspection within months of each other and both times they had me sit there for hours to then tell me they are unable to perform the inspection. The first time i needed my front brakes fixed in which they wanted to charge me $750 to fix which is outlandish considering i got them fixed for a third of that price elsewhere. After that they reset my censors due to a recall and unknowingly to them resetting my censors prevented them from being able to do the inspection. A waste of 3 hours. So today months later i come back and wait for over an hour just for them to tell me their machine isn’t working and the best part …that they don’t even have anymore inspection stickers which they should have and probably known before they even took my car in. A waste of time considering you need an appointment in order to even be serviced which again is outlandish considering you can go to most service centers with no appointment and still be seen. Please go to another nissan dealership as this one is unprofessional and will just waste your time and refer you to other auto shops when in reality you might as well skip the dealer as a whole.

I have taken my car to this service since I bought it but since the owners changed it has been very bad, they want to charge for everything and they haven't even fixed my car. Since I took it for service about a month and a half ago, it has given me a warning that it has problems that the tires need air and each time they tell me that they have checked it and they have fixed it but the warning is still there. There is 2 times that I brought my car for the same s# so what I think that they are not qualified to do his work and they shouldn’t be working with Nissan. Really very disappointed and I will never take my car there again.

Update from my last visit. Went in to check on an alignment issue or so I thought. Once there found out it was a transmission issue. It took them 2 hours to say they needed to keep the car. Then took another two and half weeks before I got the car back. Only time will tell if the work was done correctly.Here is what merits the 1 star. Zero communication, lack of compassion, promised the car several different days within the two weeks but it wasn't ready. Absolute disgusting waiting area and don't even try to use the bathroom.This place has gone down and I will not be returning.Service: Transmission

Had a long and complicated repair (warranty) to my panoramic sunroof motor and shade. Esdras (Service Rep) and Matt (Service Manager) kept me informed throughout the process and got the job done. They also made sure some other smaller work was successfully completed as well while the car was there. Thank you.

AC not working on my Nissan Quest, and did an AC diagnosis for 250$.- quote 5K+ to replace all AC components.- depleted all Freon in the car. (discovered later)- removed 2 caps on the pipes. (discovered later)I got the AC fixed in a another shop for 400$. The owner told me the Freon should not be depleted at all, and it would damage the compressor even AC is not turned on.Service: A/C installation & repair

I have bought three cars from Nissan of Portchester. I went for my free oil change for my Murano that has 42,000 mile on it and was told I needed almost $4,000.00 of parts and repairs to my suspension. My husband has a trusted mechanic he has used for years I always get a second opinion from him. He looked over everything Nissan said needed repaired and it was all fine. They are CROOKS and LIARS. I will never buy another car from them again.

From the time I made my appointment, till the time my car was serviced, it was a pleasant experience. Esdras was my assigned consultant who called me to make sure he understood the issues with my car before touching it. I never had to worry or sit on-hold for several minutes waiting for someone to pickup the phone, since he provided frequent updates. It was a nice change that the ownership was not on me to follow-up. I appreciated their proactive approach.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Very accommodating and overall a pleasant experience. First time getting my Nissan serviced here - will for sure be going back for all future services.Esdras helped me out and was great at communicating and explaining what was being done, and remained in touch throughout the entire time my car was there. He let me know when they were almost done, and when I arrived he pulled up my car for me as I was paying so I could leave with ease. 10/10 would recommend!Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Staff was courteous and knowledgeable, the prices were very good, they transported me to and from work so I didn’t have to wait at service center. They were prompt with drop off and pick up and the services performed were done in a timely manner. Staff communicated very well regarding what was performed and suggestions on what I needed in addition to what I originally came in for, which I appreciated. My car was towed in around 2pm on a Tuesday, and I drove home Wednesday afternoon with the car. This is my second Pathfinder that I have purchased at the dealer. The service is great. My car is running better than it was before. I would definitely recommend the dealership for sales and service.
