I brought my 2012 Juke in for a recall and to have both fobs checked as they were not working properly.A little after an hour all was done and my total cost was $21 and change.I find them to be friendly, professional and honest. And I am not a fan of dealer service facilities.Tom ZinoGym On Wheels

Selma was amazing! She goes above and beyond for her customers and is the reason I am a return customer. She is an absolute asset to Nissan City and I hope she is acknowledged and appreciated as such.

The service manager has a bad attitude and is a liar. They try to make a profit on unnecessary repairs. I was charged over $3000 for a suspension repair. I later questioned the price and checked the Nissan website and found that the parts price was 25% higher than other dealers, so I emailed and called them and they said they would refund me the difference if I got a quote from that dealer. I did as I was told and took the quote directly to the service manager, who told me that he would refund the $300 difference by check and that I would have to wait two weeks. I called again and was told that since I was the service manager, I was not responsible for the parts and could not refund the money. It was obvious that they were offering a stopgap refund. I strongly recommend that you do not go to this dealership for repairs to avoid a similar situation.

This place USED to be a great dealership. Ever since the new management took over everything they’ve done has left a bad taste in my mouth. Everyone that works there seems more interested in making a dollar than they do actually helping the customer. Their pricing seems very much “nickel and dime” and the showroom service was very sketchy and unprofessional. I had made an appointment to meet with a rep but had to wait about 25 minutes while all the employees were joking around and not paying attention before someone realized I needed assistance. I had every intention of remaining with Nissan, but after my experience I’ll be taking my business elsewhere and I recommend everyone else does as well.

Do not purchase from this dealership! We have recently had an awful experience with Nissan of Port Chester. We have been clients of theirs for 5 years now and held an extended warranty on our vehicle that expired 2 months ago. We purchased our car with only 7k miles on it and have been experiencing issues with our heat and AC for the entire 5 years - we freeze in the winter and have no AC in the summer.We have brought it to the service center multiple times to rectify this issue understanding that it would be covered by the warranty that they upsold us at purchase and that we have been paying monthly. Each time we brought the car in we were told the heat was fine and they could not find/recreate the issue we had been experiencing. Basically, we were SOL, to just continue driving our car without AC or heat. Last week, we brought our car in for the 60k mile checkup and all of a sudden, they now know what the issue is and they can fix it- however, since our warranty lapsed two months ago, it is going to cost us $2,000!! They even confirmed that if they had found the issue at a previous visit that it would have been covered by our warranty. Since this issue has persisted for the last 5 years, and we have just been told to deal with it, we don't find it a coincidence that suddenly now that we are responsible for the bill it has now been figured out. We have expressed our concerns and distrust over this situation and ultimately been told too bad, it is our responsibility to pay the bill.We reached out to Consumer Affairs and the Warranty dept of Nissan and they said this is the responsibility of the dealership to offer to pay the bill and that they were not affiliated with this issue. So furthermore, not only do not go to this dealership, stay away from Nissan cars in general.

I suggest anyone looking for a new or used car to look elsewhere. We bought a car in 2019 and after an exhausting process were upsold on an extended warranty, being told it was worth it by the sales rep. Since driving off the lot we had taken the car in 3 times because the heat never worked. After the 3rd time they decided to fix it, right before the warranty lapsed, so better late than never. 2 months later both the heat and the AC went again. Now that the car was out of warranty, they had no problem identifying the problem and charging us an arm and a leg. We've called multiple times to talk to a supervisor, assured we'd be called back, only to never hear from them.So to sum up, we were upsold on an extended warranty, Nissan of Port Chester could not figure out the issue while the car was on this warranty, but had not issue figuring it out after warranty lapsed. Do not buy from this dealership, and definitely do not buy their extended warranty.

Terrible experience at this dealership do not even consider going to this dealership go somewhere else. Basically I bought a used vehicle 2020 Nissan Rogue the MSRP of the Vehicle was 21109. I put 15k down more than half the value of the vehicle and ended up with a $290/month bill. So at the end I’ll be paying double for the used car. This is how they operate go at your own risk you have been warned. Their customer service is terrible and their flexibility is horrendous.

Nissan city service department are a bunch of scam artists and thieves. Came I'm for an oil change, 2 days latee my car starts dying on me. Came in to service and parts and they told me to change the battery. They assured me it was the battery. I changed the battery and same problem exists.Now here again currently waiting how they will try to scan me now.

I returned my leased 2020 Rogue in June 23 with only 26,000 miles on it. I checked my free credit score that I get with my bank to see now that I returned the vehicle and only have a credit card that my score would have gone up well to my surprise my credit went down by -147..... It showed that my account with Nissan-Infiniti was past due by 30 days. Nissan Port Chester NEVER sent in my odometer statement to Nissan-Infiniti to close my account since all my payments were made. I asked them to complete an at-fault letter requested by Nissan-Infiniti since this was the dealers fault and come to find out today that it was never done. I WILL NEVER RETURN to this dealer and if you don't want your credit to get messed up like mine I would not go there either. My credit is not going to get fixed until sometime late August... Leased a car for the first time ever with Selma and had an amazing experience. Selma is extremely friendly, personable, professional and made every step of the process stress-free for me. The whole staff is very courteous and attentive, I would highly recommend anyone to do business with Nissan City of Port Chester, and tell Selma I said hi!

Best service I received, I when to over 3 dealers from different brands and as soon as I arrived to Nissan in port chester , it just felt right. I spoke with Wally who offered me a rush free experience. I’m actually recommending my friends and family to this. It feels great go to a place where you know they not just want your money.
