“The customer service here cannot be beat! When purchasing my very first apartment, I knew I wanted Benjamin Moore paint for my entire unit... Upon entering VPS, I was greeted by the owner, Danny, and he gave me the skinny on every type of finish and every color category. Danny respected that I knew the exact colors I wanted as soon as I walked in the door, and for the next several weeks I returned again and again to collect more paint, as well as more tools! Each visit I was taken care of by either Danny or Skip and they couldn't have made my painting journey any more enjoyable! I can't wait to come back after the holidays to work on more upcoming projects. Easily 5/5 stars.”

“Reminds me of the old fashioned hardware stores my father used to take me to on weekends when he'd be doing chores. I needed an obscure nut for a very old bolt on an old house. The guy there couldn't find it among the racks and could've easily said they don't have it, but instead he asked if I had a few minutes to wait and then disappeared into the basement I think. Came back about 10 minutes later with a whole box of them so I could see which one fit the best. They just don't do things like that anymore in this high speed Amazon world. He went the extra distance for me and I'll always give a shout out to excellent service.”

“I absolutely LOVE shopping at this SW store because the staff is stellar! The store carries good quality paint, supplies, and materials, and has excellent hours, but the most remarkable asset is the staff! I have had many problems painting my old plaster walls in an apt with very poor lighting. Choosing a paint color and actually expecting the outcome to be simple and satisfying has proven to be disappointing several times, but each member of the staff has been there to assist me along this long path, with knowledgeable insight, helpful advise, and a sincere willingness to help me get it right. They have gone above and beyond every time I have come into the store! I have been treated with kindness and professionalism even when I have had to return several times to tweak colors in order to accommodate my unusual circumstances. They have never let me down! Rarely do you find an entire staff that gives the impression they truly care about your satisfaction, but this place is an exception.
