Great job by Palette Pro power washing and staining our house. We had used them the last time we did the project and were very pleased with the work to return to them again. All our contacts with the company were professional and prompt, including Andre to estimate, Pedro to oversee and Fabio on premises. The job was done on time and fit quickly into their schedule. We would definitely recommend the company.

Everyone involved in the renovation project was professional, efficient and a pleasure to work with, especially William who oversaw the job and Daniel the painter. They were on time when they said they would be there and finished within the original amount of time stated, even though I asked for some extra work during the process . William did a wonderful job of keeping me abreast of the process. I highly recommend Palette Pro! Look forward to doing more projects with them.

The Palette Pro painters who worked at my home were extremely professional and excellent painters. They were very neat, used quality materials kept the house clean. They painted interior and exterior surfaces mor me. I'm a returning customer and highly recommend them.

We just finished using Palette Pro to paint 2 bedrooms and refinish hardwood floors in those bedrooms and the hallway. They did a beautiful job. The floors came out amazing. They were quite stained and pitted, but you'd never know it. We have additional 2 additional rooms that need drywall repair and painting and we will be using Palette Pro. Top notch company.

Super great, impressive experience! I had a relatively small, 2 day exterior limewash job, but despite the small project size it was treated in an exceptionally professional manner, I feel! Communication was great, estimate made sense, payment was easy, there was a fantastic project manager who proactively reached out to ensure everything went smoothly and materials were correct... Again, super impressed. And thanks to Fabio for his great work, very happy. Very likely to be a repeat customer and certainly recommend!

Professional and an overall pleasure to work with for our home renovation - paint, wallpaper, project management, electrician, plumbing, cabinet painting, garage floor, hardware. Every step of the way Palette Pro was amazing to work with! Their team went above and beyond to do repairs on the exterior of our home and then a full paint and stain made our house look like new. Rafael was always around to check in, do walk throughs and made sure we were 100% satisfied. The team who did the work were extremely professional and took great care of our property. We will for sure use them again for other projects and highly recommend their services!!

Palette Pro lives up to their company name. They are a truly professional home improvement company. From the estimate, to design through the construction and completion of our project everyone involved was highly skilled, responsive and adaptable. All paperwork can be conveniently done via phone apps. The crews know their craft well, are respectful of the home, and do things the right way. Rafael our project manager was an excellent communicator and planner. He saved us time and money making recommendations and followed up on every detail. I highly recommend this company and would use them again without hesitation.

The entire crew was very professional and respectful. Did a beautiful careful job. Cleaned up after themselves! Refinished kitchen cabinets so they look like new cabinets . Will hire them again!

We had an exceptional experience working with Palette Pro to complete a significant update of our house. From the scoping of the job, to the price quote and contract, to the detailed projected timelines, to the actual work that was carried out with minimal intrusion into our daily lives, to the finished product and the attention to detail, it was all done exceptionally well and with the highest level of service. The Palette Pro team is the real deal for professional and well executed painting and renovation work.
The price quote was accurate and we did not get billed for anything additional, and the contract is electronic and detailed so you have an ongoing record of what is inside and outside the contract. The team completed the work on time, and even worked on Saturdays to get the job done. They cared about every detail, even making sure that the AC vents on the floor fit perfectly and were as minimally visible as possible.
And the best of all was the professional attention of Rafael, who came to our house to check the work on a regular basis. If something was not right, Rafael would examine it and send it back (he did not wait for us the client to notice an issue, he took care of it before we even saw it). Rafael ensured that each and every one of the punchlist items were taken care of. The team is just so wonderful, they even fixed a few small things around the house that were completely outside the scope of work but were driving me crazy. We now have freshly painted rooms (and this was no small feat because the prior paint job was a complete disaster), a beautifully tiled fireplace, as well as built-ins in our family room and beams on our ceiling that are simply wonderful and make us so happy. Would highly recommend them and look forward to working with them again in the future.

Working with Palette Pro was a pleasure; I felt that I was in very good hands. Our project manager Willian was on site everyday to check on the project. He was professional, thoughtful and responsive to any and all questions. I will definitely hire Palette Pro for any future renovations
