Great customer service here. I have made friends with several cashier's, Robin is one of a kind!!!! and the deli department is a collection of hospitable folks, especially the tall man. A true neighborhood grocery! ? Thank you!

Crowded but mostly fine for what it is. Good large selection, challenging parkingSold me a gift card (online gaming for a gift) that didn’t work because they activated incorrectly—said they couldn’t replace or refund. So F for that transaction (caveat emptor)

I want to thank the staff at Port Chester, NY Stop and Shop for stopping a fraudulent online Order in my name. In addition they notified me and let me know what was going on so I could prevent any further charges. They acted swiftly, intelligently, and professionally and I thank them deeply and sincerely.

The bathroom is nasty. I tried to clean the seat up a little. There's an employee who doesnt wash his hands after using the restroom. He accused me of making the mess when I was the one who tried to clean the mess up.
