I was trying to take cash out of my account but TD locked my debit card, I was speaking to a rep here and he commented on my clothes, asking why I was dressed that way. Asking why I was in this area when I’m from the Bronx. I ended up calling TD through the phone, reported him through the rep saying I felt racially profiled as a Hispanic, and this was all to take out $40 to buy cookies from a nearby bakery that takes cash. Like hello?? (she took down his name and branch number) and I unlocked my account through her. Thanks for nothing.

GM manager has the worst manners to attend his customers, blaming it on not having employees, this is a very old store. Maybe if they pay employees better, they will have good employees, worst branch to visit, do yourself a favor a drive 1 extra mile and go to the rye Brook branch

Not enough taylors. Slow workers. The lunch time is the busiest and they should know better not to go on lunch around those hours. If you can avoid that location, do

Between Kiki and Giuliana I have been treated like an absolute criminal. This place is a nightmare and completely unprofessional. Not one smile no one said hello. It's a real disgusting nightmare. Do not ever come to this location. They treat you like garbage. Juliana treated me like a piece of trash. No customer service skills. I would never ever come here again. Manager is completely unprofessional.

Terrible service, I went there a few months ago to re-open a checkings account and pay off my balance but the representative who took care of me, Maria, made smart remarks as to why I couldn’t have done it sooner. I explained my situation and when I mentioned I was using a pre-paid debit card, she snarled when I told her I get paid 2 days earlier and dont’t have to worry about overdraft fees. I paid off my balance , she said she was going to call me back when her manager would ‘approve’ my request to open a checking account again. She never did. 30 min later, I go to Chase and open my checking account there on the spot with no issues plus I received $200 when I set up direct deposit.

This bank gives the worst customer service. The girls are extremely rude and they should learn how to treat their customers. I had a debate with one of their employees about if I was waiting at the outdoor deposit line because I had to enter the bank and I explained to them that no one acknowledge me. Thumbs down

I had amazing customer service from this branch! They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to make sure I received all the documents I needed. Special thanks to their employee Gil and manager Karen!

My experience with this agency is exceptional,. Always great with a smile and depending on the hour of the day a good morning or good afternoon, they always ask me if "there is anything else they could help me with". Thank you for the good work you guys do. God bless!

I like this brunch, but what i will never understand is why whenever i deposit a large amount of money (More than 5, 000), i always get suspicious looks from the person who do the deposit, and when i asked if there is a problem, and why does it take so long, it is always followed by a "nothing is wrong" in a suspicious way that only makes it wost... So the way i see it, there are 2 options: it is either a top secret bank, or i just don't know lol I like that brunch.

Clearly there is no education requirement to work there. Never in my life have I encountered a place with that many idiots congregated in it. Every aspect of my experience dealing with that debacle of what they call bank employees has been completely unpleasant. 0 stars!!
