They also try very hard to get your vehicle back to you by the time they say it will be done. I've been going to them for years. In all reality I don't like going to them because that means something has gone wrong with my vehicle! But, they make the best of me coming to them by finding out what's wrong and then doing their best to get me back on the road. And that's why I keep coming back.”

He could have easily upsold me (like Mavis tried to) but he just came back 5 minutes later and told me I’m all set, inspection is done and my breaks are fine.

He ordered the tire I needed and I stopped by 2 hours later. Fast, courteous, professional installation, at about 15% cheaper than Midas (even with their “coupons”). I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tire and break work than Jimmy’s shop!”
