“New Tires Installed Same Day
Needed two new rear tires so brought my car in close to noon, figuring get the order in and get the tires installed the next day. But the last time they replaced a tire for me, they got it same day so I asked, figured I give it a shot. Sure enough, they called around 4, saying the tires came in and if I brought the car back, they could install them. Good stuff all around plus a good talk with the owner Jim while the tires were getting installed.”

“Santiago's (I think Diego was his uncle) shop has done several competent repairs on my 2014 Tesla S that Tesla Service Center probably would not do but needed to be done. That model is prone to coolant leaks into the main electric drive motor which can ruin it. I purchased an aftermarket coolant delete manifold to prevent this and the shop installed it several months ago with no issues. They also installed a suspension lift kit that raised the car an inch and stopped me from hitting speed bumps and driveway ramps. More recently they recharged my AC refrigerant and instilled a new condensate line because the factory one drips water onto the battery pack. I would try them for all Tesla repairs that don't require parts only available to the Tesla service center.”

“Came in to do an inspection and was worried whether I might need new breaks. Mavis had told me they had to be replaced last time I got tires there.
He could have easily upsold me (like Mavis tried to) but he just came back 5 minutes later and told me I’m all set, inspection is done and my breaks are fine.
Stand up, honest guy, will be coming back.”

“Came to see Jimmy for a tire replacement after Midas kept me waiting for 3 hours as “the next car in the line”. I am originally from West Harrison and remembered Jimmy’s shop and gave him a call. He ordered the tire I needed and I stopped by 2 hours later. Fast, courteous, professional installation, at about 15% cheaper than Midas (even with their “coupons”). I wouldn’t go anywhere else for tire and break work than Jimmy’s shop!”
