I don't even know where to begin. About to hand over my credit card to buy my new phone and they suddenly changed the price and it was more than double of the estimate they literally just gave me. So yeah. Waste of 2 hours of my life. Not to mention I purchased a phone almost 2 weeks ago to be shipped to me and it was canceled with no explanation. Still waiting for my money back. Store employee assures me the order was canceled, yet when I called today they tell me it hadn't been. Have a feeling I'll never get my money back. Why did you cancel my order? May switch to another phone company all together. What happened to Verizon?

We had the distinct pleasure of working with Styles last night on a complicated transaction. He was smart, polite, friendly, calm and knew his stuff. Thank goodness we had the good fortune of finding him. I highly recommend going to this Factory authorized store and asking for Styles. You won’t be disappointed. PS being a nice customer helps too.

Extremely poor customer service by John. Honestly I hope your team reviews this employee and has a talk with him on how to interact with customers… if not just remove him all together. He clearly has some anger problems against one of the other staff members in the store. He name calls not only the customers but the other staff member who was working with him today. I was having issues with my phone and came into the store to have it checked out. I was instructed by one of the staff members to try and reset it and see if that works. I was then handed of to John and he said “don’t you reset your phone unless I tell you to your not the genius.” I let him know that the person who was helping me instructed me to reset the device…. John did not care and kept making slide comments to both me, my father, and the other staff member. My father asked him a question at the end to ensure everything was working and John responded with “I did my job didn’t I, that’s not my job…” well maybe John should not have this type of job. I will be escalating this to Verizion and writing a letter to corporate about this employee. I hope nobody else needs to interact with John.

Avoid this location until there is a change in staffing. The employee John was on another level today. I saw him arguing with the customer before me and another staff member… I was really hoping I would not get him as my sales rep but sadly I did. Didn’t end well. He was extremely rude and called the other employee names. As well as made some very hateful comments towards me. I hope that a manager sees this and takes action with this employee so other customers don’t have to be harassed and put in an uncomfortable situation by him.

Very unhappy with the service I received by John in the Port Chester Verizon location. He was nothing but rude, and just kept on making snarky And derogatory comments. I see there’s also been some other issues with John In some other reviews on Google At the Verizon Store in Port Chester. As it stands, now I’m pulling 4 of my phones off my Verizon line because I no longer feel safe in this location with this employee

Considering how busy this place gets, the employees get to the next customer in pretty decent time. It would be nicer if it was a bigger store.

Went to the store at opening for help upgrading an iPhone. Store was being opened by two employees but there was an additional person lounging in the corner of the store- appeared to be a friend. If it was an employee, that's a bigger problem. Unwelcoming and limited customer service in general, but what got me to leave was overhearing the employee and friend talking about me in an unwelcoming/judgmental way while I was browsing options, as though I was bothering them by being there. Left an uncomfortable situation to go to the Glenville location instead, where the team was extremely friendly, efficient and helpful. This is the first time I've ever written a review in my life...I'd take your business elsewhere if you want basic customer service and respect.

Terrible customer service. Went in for a general inquiry/questions Saturday morning and Spanish guy with glasses showed zero courtesy towards my presence as he sat down on top of the desk using his phone, ignoring me when i asked for assistance although I was the ONLY customer inside the store.Would not recommend store as employee was very unprofessional and showed zero care for his actions

John! That is who you want helping you.Came here with my daughters to upgrade their phones. John was able to do everything. He helped them transfer all they needed from old phones. What I must pout out is that John makes it look easy. He makes you feel welcome, and you do get the feeling that he wants to help. His tone is patient and professional.I have been back a couple of times since, sometimes he has other customers in the store and he calmly manages all of us. A+ to you John for Epitomizing what good Customer Service should be.
