I have been considering leaving Wells Fargo and I particularly don't come to the Port Chester branch. I came in to close my business and personal account. I was greeted by Mr. A Rodriguez the branch manager. I was acknowledged immediately I sat down with him and for the first time, I felt someone was actually listening. He procced to correct my issues and talk to me about my relationship!! Not once did he mention a product. Long story short I left my relationship intact. Hire more people like this manager ASAP.

I alway had used this branch for the last 5 years when you got inside of branch people is always helpful, but unfortunately they have to have the bad seed , they have this guy in the drive window , he is always on the cellphone , and it has tried to send me to the atm , if I was able to I rarer go to the atm and no see his faces , I go to the window because I have three kids in the car and that includes an infant, he is so rude , . He he does no see he choose that job. He should change profession he can no deal with customers . Chase is better bank , we going to change ..

My local branch of Wells Fargo in Rye NY closed down recently. The branch was always well run and the staff extremely helpful and friendly. I checked with the Wells Fargo website and found the nearest most convenient location for driving and parking was in Port Chester NY. I am pleased to say that the service at the Port Chester branch was equally as helpful and friendly as I had experienced at the Rye branch. There is a parking lot for the bank at the side of the building with an entrance on Willett Avenue; also metered street parking.

Generally is very good. I come to this branch about 2 times a week, but this time I was attended by Kevin Pierron. Completely impolite. Would not answer good morning or thanks. Incapable of saying a simple word! I was supposed to sign something that I forgot, and instead of he saying “could you please sign here†he just left the check in the counter assuming that I knew what to do. I asked him what I should do, and on a very impolite way he said “signâ€. That's not how you offer customer service.

Never in a million years did I think I'd be leaving a yelp on a bank. But this is well warranted. I needed a personal loan. It was a small loan but I needed a personal and business infusion. I was prepared to put a lien on my car! But I was able to get a personal loan. I want to acknowledge personal banker Brittany and brokerage advisor Hayne for their personalized help and support. They went above and beyond for me! I've never been a huge Wells Fargo fan before, but I am now! Personalized service goes a long way, even with a behemoth like Wells Fargo Bank!

Slow if you need to talk to a banker. But to deposit and recounter money pretty fast.
