I've been at Westy's storage on Portchester on Boston post road for 15years and the Staff is extremely helpful and professional. The units are extremely clean and well taken care of.
The Staff is kind and knowledgeable.

Wonderful experience! Have been using the storage facility at Westy on Boston Post Road for over a year. The team at Westy goes above and beyond at all times - they are professional and very helpful. Always happy to answer any questions. The facility itself is very clean, very secure and it is always a seamless experience every time I go there. Rates are reasonable- cannot recommend them enough! The employee Tim was so so nice and helpful. We were so stressed moving and he made everything so seamless and truly saved the day, really going out of his way to get us in late on a Saturday night. The unit was clean and easy to access and we got right in.

I have been a Westys client on and off for many, many years. I hold Westys in the highest regard, the facility at 299 Boston Post Road, Port Chester, NY is so well maintained, I could live there. The personnel are professional, knowledgeable and always helpful, not to mention very friendly. I would recommend Westys to the most discerning individuals with confidence.

Westy is a smooth-running storage facility, the best I’ve ever used, and I’ve been through many (then closed them so I could move my enormous amount of stuff into Westy). The staff couldn’t be nicer or more accommodating, and it’s so clean you’d think it was built yesterday. The lobby is more welcoming than you find at most hotels! I give it my highest recommendation.

We used Westy in port Chester on Main Street for many years and they we great to do business with. Safeguarded our belongings and were very responsive to any requests. I would highly recommend them!

Clean, immaculate, and well run. But most importantly the staff could not possibly be nicer and more helpful. And the free water is always a nice touch. A first rate operation and we highly recommend it.

Westy's is simply just terrific! Clean; Well designed; Secure; and staffed by courteous, helpful personnel who go out of the way to help and will not accept gratuities. Recently I forgot the key to my lock. When I arrived agitated, Tim took everything in stride. He told me that many people forget their keys and assured me that he could cut the lock. Wisely he advised me to go get a new lock and suggested Home Depot. Upon my return, garbed in his protective gear, he sawed through the flange in a moment. He said that there would be no charge, and refused to accept my offered gratuity.
I have checked other storage facilities between here and New York City. I have found them universally to be unsafe, dirty and staffed by people who don't seem to care.
I recommend Westy's, and in particular this Westy's unequivocally without reservation.

Very Friendly, service, helpful to say the least! Every person we had dealings with was excellent went out of their way to make sure we had everything necessary to complete our storage needs. We were clients in the Westies on the Boston post Road in Portchester. A very special thanks to Rose, Tim, Laney and Joe.

We needed space to sore household stuff during a kitchen renovation and everything was so great at Westy's we are back to store furniture and items so we can now paint. Clean, well lit, save and temperature controlled I highly recommend it. Tim is great to work with!!
