This Whole foods really seems to be fully stocked. What a massive store this is. They also have a cool walk through beer fridge where shoppers can browse all different beers. The staff here seem nice. Oh and by the way bathrooms here are actually on the nice side. I have not purchased anything from this location as I really only come to do beer samplings but everytime I come I am just always amazed on how fully stocked and just how big this whole foods is. I only really know the beer area and they have a great selection of beers and non-alchi beers as well.

I have been shopping at the Port Chester Whole Foods for 10yrs, before Amazon took it over. When that happened this store changed, noticeably, primarily in lowering standards of employees. Then COVID hit and most grocery employees everywhere became grumpy, sure- understandable. That's over and this store in particular is just terrible CS wise. As a customer you are always resented, you are a nuisance to the employees there. In the last 5years there my family alone has spent over $50,000 in this store, not including taking my mother there for her weekly shopping. You pay a premium to shop at Whole Foods, for the quality of product and experience. The continued out of stock in the shelf stable sections (empty shelves) along with the items on that are on special weekly deal but are not in stock even by the third day have become common place. When I ask if they know when the fish will come in for that special, I am met with disgust for asking. The older man in the seafood section should not be a customer facing employee AT ALL. He has had a problem with me three times now over the last 5 months, but I have witnessed other older women run afoul of him as well. Today 4.3 was the last straw. PC Whole Foods is over for us. There is zero courtesy or friendly attitude, every employee there is plain angry. Why are they working there if they despise the customers so much? I have started shopping at Wegmans which costs a bit more but am looking forward to the rumored DiCicco's coming soon. I am not interested in being contacted by the manager as indicated in other posts, I called the store this morning to convey all of the above but was put on hold for two long.

I was self scanning my lunch the other day, when I got to my daikopan (sumo) orange, the self check out girl yanked it out of my hand and proceeded to check it out herself....in what world is this behavior acceptable? Do not grab out of my hands and do not handle my fruit please!

Whole Foods is pretty good for a variety of things. First of all, the Port Chester location is next to a bunch of great stores, so there is that. Aside from that, Whole Foods has a good selection of fruits and vegetables. They have good raw chicken and fish for cooking. They have good cookies, some decent prepared foods, and a nice selection of hair and skin products. I find it to be a very useful store.

Where are they getting their organic granny smith apples from. I got one fresh out of the new box and it's already old.

Maria on self scan is RACIST, this whole foods profiles black people as if we can’t shop there?? They should be ashamed.. she literally watched us like a hawk the entire time on self scan and stood so close that we could barely move without touching her. she THEN went as far as to reach her arm OVER my partners entire body (shes much smaller than her) to grab our stuff out of our cart and put it up on the side AND when we specifically said we didn’t need help she kept going as if she thought that we weren’t going to put all the items up there to scan ourselves. You have no reason to put your hands on someone for any reason at ALL! I specifically asked her if she has a issue with us to call a manager right over and about less than a few minutes later a supervisor not even a manager comes and stands near us now there’s multiple people on self scan at this point watching us but nobody comes up to me and asks if everything is ok even when I explain to her what Maria has done. At this point everyone is watching us but ignoring us as if nothing happened that’s how you know you are guilty because you would have made sure to apologize if you were just trying to help and things got out of hand but as I kept asking Maria why she would forcefully grab our items she stays quiet and looks the other way. Let me remind you that this is self scan and they are not required to help or to touch your items this is self service for a reason plus she didn’t do this to anyone else! NOW after we PAID and are now leaving 3 people one who is a man who looks like a manager ( how convenient that he didn’t come while we were still in the store) but are now at our registering doing who knows what at this point, i guess when you are black and shopping you are a target and they had to now “inspect” our register. Sad thing is alot of these people were people of color and seem to be moving sheep to the company, they can forget my business and I should be calling corporate!! they dont want to cause a scene while you are there because they don’t want to end up on SOCIAL MEDIA and with a lawsuit but yet they want to make you extremely uncomfortable

I get the hot food at Whole Foods quite regularly while traveling for work. This particular time the falafel had hair in it, which is never happened . At the same time the cauliflower and cheese had something plastic in it so maybe it was just a bad day but I lost my appetite.

Prices ring up higher than what is labeled! This whole foods consistently has prices ringing up higher than what is labeled. I've had several items rung up higher than what is labeled on several occurrences while shopping here. Today, I bought turkey slices labeled at 4.99. It rung up for $7.99. When I alerted the cashier, the female supervisor on staff refused to give the item for free. Instead, she edited the price of the item from $7.99 to $4.99 when ringing me up. She went and removed the incorrect price from the shelf. (Employee hand in pictures)Please be diligent in checking what prices you are being charged when shopping here.Whole foods policy is In a nutshell: CHECK YOUR RECEIPTS. If the yogurt you buy is tagged at $. 50 but rings up at a $1.50, then you get that yogurt for free! Just head on over to the customer service desk with your receipt and they will refund the full $1.50..The store itself is great and employees are nice for the most part. Just be sure to check your prices when being rung up at register. I've only had an issue with that one supervisor.
