He moved the containers where I needed them and also temporarily stored my container on a secure lot. When I moved into my new home he promptly showed up with a cool remote controlled container handler so it would fit down my narrow driveway. He dropped it off so I could unload that day and picked it right back up to free up the space in my drive way. I highly recommend!”

I secured a storage unit on Friday; I used their email documents system (EZ) and got great phone support too! I made my trip on Saturday. By Sunday midday, I'd stored everything in my space.
The Johnson City, NY site manager made all of this happen quickly and without a hitch.
He immediately showed interest in taking care of me and he saw that speed was what I needed most.
I needed a lock, a passcode, reassurance that the space would be the right size and clean...
I got everything I needed and I did it on line with some phone help.
The manager earned my trust and showed integrity in his dealings with me.

“I’ve only had good experiences with AL Burke. They address maintenance issues super quick! We needed a new toilet bowl and hot water heater and it was done the same day. They keep the park so clean and the grass is mowed once a week. I only spent the tail end of the winter here last year but roads were plowed right away. They went around and power washed all the trailers and made sure they were ready for the winter. Idk I’m really happy with them! They also are good at keeping residents in the loop if there’s any issue by sending out a mass text. Our last place we rented for ten years and this experience with AL Burke is ten times better.”
