“The people here are so nice. Today my friend and I were here and there was a woman inside who was being extremely immature and verbally abusive to a woman behind the counter. I felt so terribly sorry for the employee working. She remained calm and maintained her composure so well while this woman continued to scream at her throughout our entire time there. There was another person who worked there who was not even working but he stuck around to make sure the woman was okay until a manager could get there. We were glad to know someone was there with her because the customer was exhibiting such concerning behavior and we felt so bad for the employees. Throughout the entire process the people helping us were so professional and we were so happy with our rental and the sweet woman behind the counter. Please be kind to people.”

“I’ve only had good experiences with AL Burke. They address maintenance issues super quick! We needed a new toilet bowl and hot water heater and it was done the same day. They keep the park so clean and the grass is mowed once a week. I only spent the tail end of the winter here last year but roads were plowed right away. They went around and power washed all the trailers and made sure they were ready for the winter. Idk I’m really happy with them! They also are good at keeping residents in the loop if there’s any issue by sending out a mass text. Our last place we rented for ten years and this experience with AL Burke is ten times better.”
