“Amending my review and adding a star bc generally speaking I have a good time here and don’t feel that my last experience accurately reflects the general one I have when I go here. I donate all my stuff here and also know many of the church members (which is separate but still same entity), all great people. They just need to get better with their communication and not confuse us by having different staff members giving different prices for the same item, this has happened several times to me and when I have pointed it out it has rarely been resolved, only once did someone do the right thing, this isn’t acceptable, the original price a person is given should be the price the person pays. It isn’t on me to understand the hierarchy of who prices the items. I appreciate everything this place does and the hard work these people do, I suspect most of it if not all of it is volunteer work, and I keep that in mind when things like this happen and it’s also why I chose to amend my review.”
“The two guys who were working there when I went were so nice. The atmosphere was well organized. Vintage antiques from 60s-2000s. Also some international finds. A little pricey but overall great experience.”

“It is super good, they sell the clothes by the pound, the pound costs $3 dollars, the place is small but there are clothes in very good condition and new, among other things, such as shoes, bags, etc., I highly recommend it.”
“This place is selling very expensive things, and it is supposed to be a place to help the community. We are going through times of an economy that is not good, so one seeks help buying used things, but they often have them at store prices. .”
“Finally, a savers who fairly prices their stuff and doesn’t sift through all the good brands. Generally a good place to go for thrifting. Unfortunately though their men’s items are way more expensive than the women’s items. Seems unfair. 4/5 stars.”
“This thrift store has a lot of cool stuff and the prices are really reasonable and if you go on Wednesdays, they have their big sale six color tickets that are 50% off. I picked up some really great deals, I’ll definitely be back.”

“I recently stopped by Island Thrift in Medford and was genuinely impressed by the entire experience. It is rare to find a thrift store that is kept this clean and organized; the layout made it incredibly easy to browse without feeling overwhelmed, and the attention to tidiness really speaks to the management's standards. Beyond the environment, the prices were fantastic—definitely some of the best value I’ve seen in the area.
What really set this visit apart, however, was the customer service. The staff wasn't just professional; they were warm, polite, and genuinely friendly, making me feel welcome the moment I walked through the door. It’s a pleasure to support a business that treats its customers so well. I will absolutely be returning soon to see what other treasures I can find!”
