“I did not end up purchasing a car from Certified HQ, but can absolutely recommend them for anyone who is interested in a used car. I was looking at a 2017 Kia Niro, and before finalizing the purchase, they sent it to their shop. Upon noticing a rough idle and a tiny amount of smoke, they opted to send it to a nearby Kia dealership to have a specialist look at it, where it was revealed that there was a coolant leak in the catalytic converter system. This was an issue that would require a $3500 repair…The point is, instead of trying to hide the issue, with something that still would’ve likely passed NY inspection, and just sending me on my way no wiser, they were honest about all the issues and gave me the choice to wait for the repair or to be refunded my deposit. I chose to accept the refund and look elsewhere, mostly because I don’t live too close to the dealership. But the overall experience, though frustrating, was helped by their communication.Lou and Brian, you are both stand up guys - need more people like you in this world! “i had the pleasure of working with john. i had been struggling trying to get into a car. im 28 i have bad credit / driving history. i have an almost 5 year old i dog groom and snowboard so i needed an suv that meets my needs. john led me to a 17 kia sorento. low mileage the inside is pretty much immaculate and meets all of my needs i presented to him. he was very kind and patient with the process since it took me two weeks to pick up the vehicle. he even took 2 trade ins in not the best condition for a good chunk of change! what a blessing john and the team at auto land has been for me in a time of stress struggles and hardships. i’d suggest this dealership to anyone in a position like me.”

“I would totally ignore the bad reviews on this place since I had a flat tire today and they went right to work on fixing it despite the fact that they were busy. The staff was professional and courteous and finished the repair very quickly. Their prices were definitely fair. I would not hesitate to use their services again. Apparently they can do many different types of repair and as the owner said when I pulled in “we do it all”!It’s easy to miss this location but they are located across from Ferguson Plumbing on 112 just south of the expressway.”
