“Product came in great shape, the only problem I have which isn’t necessarily the store’s fault is that, the delivery guys are just so rude. I can’t speak for all of them but there are two white men, one young one and the other a bald man, who gave my wife and daughter a disrespectful tone. They don’t know much about setting up TV’s and since it was a 64 inch, they needed some help. When asked of them to help, they said they’d “do it” if we paid them more. That’s completely unacceptable behavior. It would’ve been far more professional to refuse politely and say that they couldn’t or didn’t have time.”

“Now that it has been over a year since my purchase of my Sebo, Model K3 Premium, I want to thank Joe from Willett Vacuum of Larchmont for his encouraging me to buy this vacuum cleaner. Also, he gave me invaluable advice on my old Electrolux (use it until it dies), my current Miele (use it for the basement and den), and my Sebo for upstairs. Following the advice, all has worked beautifully. I began using my Sebo in late August, and it has performed magnificently. It is far lighter than the Miele, and it has been as effective or even more effective in vacuuming my floors and rugs. I am very pleased with the purchases and services I have received from Willett Vacuum of Larchmont. I will be returning soon to have my yearly service on this quality machine.”

After the old frig was removed, the older Josh was on his hands and knees cleaning where the old frig had been.Young Josh brought the new frig up the stairs with great care and set it in place perfectly. The entire process exceeded my expectations.They are the best.”

“We purchased all new appliances for our kitchen from Neighborhood Appliances. Rick made the purchase quick and easy. Their prices were better than PC Richard’s, Home Depot and Lowe’s. It’s a small store, so they won’t have every model on the floor. I recommend looking at one of the stores mentioned above just so you can see what you want, then write down the model number. They can probably order it for you at a better price. 5 stars!”

“I don't frequent Home Depot - usually it's on an as needed basis if I ever need to fix something in my apartment. I was running errands with my parents the other day and they were looking for some industrial-strength drain cleaner; they knew that HD carried products beyond the standard Liquid Plumr, so we decided to stop in. The look and feel of this HD is the same as others I've been to. It didn't take us long to find the drain cleaner, and one of the employees who was working in the aisle saw us looking and made a few recommendations for brands that were superior to others. Upon checkout, the line was kind of long, but it moved quickly. They had multiple registers open, and the team members working were quick to get everyone out a quickly as possible. I know HD experiences can be hot and cold, but I was impressed with my experience here. The store was clean, well staffed, and before I knew it we were out the door. I wouldn't hesitate to return here for my home improvement needs.”
