“I recently flew in to New York from California to visit my mom. It was time to replace her air conditioner, so I called PC Richard. Carson Reid answered the phone.I told Carson that I would soon be returning to the west coast and that I had to take delivery of a quality air conditioner ASAP.Carson was friendly and professional, and he provided wonderful customer service. He was also painstakingly detail-oriented. After obtaining the voltage, dimensions and BTU of the wall/sleeve air conditioner we needed, he asked what kind of sleeve was in the wall of my mom’s apartment. I had no idea, so he went on to Google to check out my mom’s apartment building. From looking at a photo of the building (and its air conditioners), he was able to determine the kind of sleeve…incredible!I needed to have the air conditioner delivered within 2 days, and I had to clear the delivery with the management company of my mom’s co-op. The problem was that Carson would be off the following day — NO PROBLEM. Even though he was off the following day, Carson worked throughout that day with me and the management company in order to provide the paperwork that was necessary before management would permit the delivery.Thankfully, we received the air conditioner on time.I have never come face-to-face with Carson Reid as all of our interaction took place via phone and text messaging. However, you just HAVE to know that if I EVER need another appliance, I will seek him out.”

“Now that it has been over a year since my purchase of my Sebo, Model K3 Premium, I want to thank Joe from Willett Vacuum of Larchmont for his encouraging me to buy this vacuum cleaner. Also, he gave me invaluable advice on my old Electrolux (use it until it dies), my current Miele (use it for the basement and den), and my Sebo for upstairs. Following the advice, all has worked beautifully. I began using my Sebo in late August, and it has performed magnificently. It is far lighter than the Miele, and it has been as effective or even more effective in vacuuming my floors and rugs. I am very pleased with the purchases and services I have received from Willett Vacuum of Larchmont. I will be returning soon to have my yearly service on this quality machine.”

“I shopped for 12 months I went to the big guys I went to the little guys and then I landed at Hampton Appliance. I am so glad I did. I was greeted appropriately. I was left alone. I shopped I asked questions and I got direct answers.
I wound up ordering from them. They kept in touch with me. they delivered on time their delivery men were amazing and wonderful. I could not be happier with Hampton Appliance . At 68 years old, I have ordered many appliances for more than one house and this was by far my best experience.
Even when I had a small problem with the water dispenser inside my Bloomberg refrigerator I called my sales rep on Wednesday
He called me on Thursday morning and a repairman was here on Friday morning. Fixed no charge I was in awe!”
“My wife and I remotely purchased a gas grill as a housewarming gift for our son and daughter-in-law. I first called Mr. Dunstan last week. He was very knowledgeable, funny...and truthful. He assessed our kids' needs over the phone, and sent us quotes on numerous grills to check out. Many phone calls and emails (very quick turn-around!) ensued, but he never lost his patience or his good humor.When my son came to the showroom on Saturday, I arranged with Mr. Dunstan that if my son wanted a more expensive grill than (the very nice Napoleon Prestige Pro 500) we wanted to get them, Mr. Dunstan would just quote him the differential in price instead of the total. Try doing that on Amazon...I'm sure there might be some brands where his margin might be higher, but he absolutely sold us the best grill for the money. I'm old school, and I want a nearby brick-and-mortar to purchase any item that I can't fit it my car if it breaks. Mr. Dunstan is old-school as well: he knows the goods, and he will tell you the honest truth about them. I am guessing he has a high percentage of repeat customers.Just in case you were wondering: I highly recommend buying your next grill from Al Dunstan at Curto's.”
