“I’ve been coming here for years. I brought an upright Oreck vacuum from this store which has lasted for years and still works like new. I have a dog and three cats so very important that I use a powerful vacuum. Once a year I take it to M&M for a change of the brush, internal cleaning and new bags. Great service and good prices”

“I spent hours trying to figure out how to cut a piece of metal for my bed frame. I wanted to do it myself through some research on what tools to use, and I tried and failed terribly. I finally walked into Home Depot looking to get some alternative equipment, and I bumped into Robert in the rental side of the store and within five minutes, he had already resolved my issue. I get an anxious asking employees for helping in some stores because they don’t usually look like they want to help anyone but Robert was keen on greeting me and willing to help. Thanks a lot!”

“first i want to mention the sales person in the paint dept seegobni. not sure if spelled correctly. he was a god sendi get so confused when i go in there. not sure what is the best stuff i need in paint dept. seegobni came over and said can i help you, i said yes. i needed paint ad spackling and he helped me, rare you get someone who says can i help you, if home depot had a personal shopper. he would be the best person for it. lots of use who need help and he is the person for it. i hope when i go again he is there to help. thank you, seegobni, i just hope the store knows what an asset you are.next, i don't see where on their web site at this location ,there is a place to write a review. i don't see how others where able to sent one, and i am surprised that there is no contact us. at the bottom of the page, this is a great home dept store.”

“It is a place where families and merchants buy non-daily necessities. It has major categories, but the smaller categories still need to be improved. The place is very large, so it is difficult to find. Maybe it’s because I don’t go there that often.”

“Honestly, the tool rental dept made a big mistake that made my very time-sensitive, big project near impossible, but I got ahold of manager Nicole, who was able to coordinate with another store to solve my issue, basically saving my life. Anyone anywhere can mess up, but how you see about fixing it is the real test of service and character. Nicole rocked.”

What makes a difference is just how more organized it may be or the employees and their customer service aspect. Some are just friendlier than others. This one was fine. No complaints.”
