“Dave and his team strike again! Brought my white Jeep Gladiator to be detailed after he was able to save my son’s car from being smothered in sap. My truck never looked so clean polished. Even behind my custom wheels were shiny. They touched up some chips and it’s now in better than showroom condition. I can’t speak more highly of this shop. Dave and his crew are true professionals. Thank you”

“Jerome’s Auto Body provided an exceptional experience from start to finish. My vehicle had sustained significant damage along the entire left side, and I was fortunate to find them through a close friend who highly recommended their work. From the moment I dropped off my car and began the insurance claim process to the day I picked it up, the staff was courteous, professional, and communicative. The paintwork was impeccable, and they accurately identified the exact color match for my vehicle during the initial assessment. They also clearly explained the repairs that would be required. I would gladly recommend Jerome’s Auto Body to anyone in need of reliable, high-quality bodywork. You can trust that your vehicle is in excellent hands with Jerome’s.”

“I can’t say enough good things about this shop. From start to finish, the service was efficient. They kept me updated throughout the entire process, with many changes coming up, which I really appreciated. Tony deserves a special shout-out, he is so incredibly helpful and genuinely went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of and it was so incredibly appreciated. It’s rare to find a shop that consistently does great work and makes you feel like a valued customer. I always drive over an HOUR to ONLY come here when I need anything, even as little as an oil change. So to everyone, COME HERE, and to the staff and team, thank you for the hard diligent work you do.”

“Ike was amazing! He saved me thousands of dollars! I left my Audi dealer with a list of things they said I needed to replace because it was dangerous for me to drive my car! Ike diagnosed the problems and there were none except for one tire that needed to be replaced. I went from a $5k estimate from the Audi dealer to paying less than $500! He was literally my lifesaver! I would come back and would recommend this very honest man and this honest place! It’s great to know there are honest people out there trying to help you!”

“I needed to get my bumper repaired after it got scraped. I contacted the shop and Brianna assisted me via text right away even during off hours. I provided pictures of my bumper via text and she was able to give me an estimate without having to visit the shop prior to my appointment. The drop off process for the car was easy and they did a great job repairing not just the recent scrapes, but all the prior dents and scratches that the bumper had. In addition, they painted the bottom part of my car for the same quoted price and returned my car looking like new and sparkling clean. The completion time was reasonable, three business days plus the weekend (kept over the weekend to ensure the best outcome), given the results. Brianna kept me updated throughout the entire repair work process which I truly appreciated. Pickup was just as easy. I paid Brianna directly, got in my just like new again car and was back to driving my car like nothing had happened. I was highly satisfied with their service and would recommend them with confidence.”

“Raj is great to deal with: friendly and really honest and honorable. He's keeping up the tradition of the former owner, John. They fixed a pretty deep scratch on my 2009 Subaru so it looks like new; they did it quickly and the cost was completely fair and reasonable. Then about two weeks later, I happened to notice a few little rusty places on completely different parts of the car--nowhere near the scratch--and thought I should do something about them before they got worse. (They weren't anywhere that mattered in terms of cosmetic appeal; I was just taking preventive measures.) Raj and George, his master painter, fixed those two spots--and carefully checked over the car, found a few more, and fixed those for me as well. It took about 10 minutes, and they didn't charge me a dime. They're great. Can't recommend them highly enough.”

“COWBOY has returned from out of state to "5 Star Auto" on 40 Munson Street in Port Washington (just before the Willowdale Bridge), across from the extra train lot by Davis Ave and the carwash. He's been my favorite car guy for DECADES. I can't believe that he's back!!! He also took great care of my Dad's Lexus' cars and my Mom's numerous Mercedes vehicles. He is THE ABSOLUTE BEST THERE IS. An honest and awesome professional mechanic - and I know plenty (surprisingly). Honest to a fault, unbelievable as it might seem in this town. When I had a very bad flu a few years ago (not COVID) and was living alone, he sent two staff members over to pickup my car in my driveway at Sands Point, do the annual NYS inspection, and drop it back off at my house a day later. He only charged me the price for the NYS inspection. He is a MENSCH! Without question. I was a great personal friend of his partner, who moved away to work only for BMW. Anyway, I'm sure there's tons of suggestions for auto body work in this town, but this is MY GUY. He's back in town and if you need an incredible auto mechanic that's a stand-up guy with very reasonable rates, go to him. You can mention my name, but it isn't necessary. Love COWBOY! I absolutely GUARANTEE that you'll be satisfied and not taken advantage of at all. They replaced a side door for me, practically at cost only, many years ago. GOOD PEOPLE. If anyone experiences different, tell me please. I just called to get a new inspection and still can't believe that he's back. So psyched! 5 Star Auto (516) 767-2245 40 Munson Street”

“This is the place to go when the quality of your auto parts actually matter more than just buying the cheapest part. For over 40 years, one of the top 5 AC Delco distributors nationwide. Can find all quality AC Delco, Motorcraft, MOPAR parts here that aren't available at big box auto parts or smaller parts stores. Premium quality OEM/OES European and Asian parts also. Thank Goodness that quality branded parts are still available here when most auto parts stores are selling low priced, generic products of unknown quality.”

“If you drive a German car you would do well to introduce yourself to Andrii. Besides being a highly skilled technician he is also very personable and approachable.
