“I was referred to Dennis at Allen Carpet in Yonkers, NY by a friend who was helping me during a very stressful move into a new apartment. The new apartment desperately needed new carpeting in the bedroom before I could move in. I got the OK from the landlord to pick out new ones. From my initial call to Allen Carpet, Dennis was so helpful, assertive and knowledgeable. Within 48 hours, Dennis was at the new apartment taking measurements and I was sampling and picking out the new carpet at the store the same day! The new rugs were installed three days later! They arrived on time, installed new carpet, vacuumed, cleaned up and even neatly put out old carpet to be picked up by sanitation. “There was a blood stain in a carpet in my office that a carpet cleaning company came to 'treat and clean' about three different times in one week. It never got the stain out so i went to Floors Unlimited to pick out a new carpet and explained the situation to the manager. He pushed me into buying 12$ worth of carpet cleaner foam rather then getting all new carpet and baseboard molding. He literally pushed me the save myself about 1,300$ and said he's really confident i won't need new carpet. The sales guys are beyond honest and trustworthy !! These guys are now my carpet guys forever !!”
