Love the results I have seen from Inform Fitness! Jon/Adam/Gillian have all been wonderful with scheduling and keeping me on track. This is a very achievable way to stay strong and lean. Just a half hour a week and I have seen results in my overall strength and particularly for me on the tennis/paddle courts. I'm not going to say it's easy, because for that half hour, you do work hard. But I definitely feel the pay-off is worth it! Thank you Inform Fitness.

You won't get a better or more efficient workout anywhere. I used to go to a local gym, but then they were all shut down. In Form Fitness to the rescue.My workout is done via FaceTime. (I'm in Boston.) With some rudimentary home equipment and Adam's guidance, I have gained quite a lot of muscle and strength. It is much better than when I was going to my local Y and using their machines. In fact, after the first session, I could barely walk! But in a good way.I'm thrilled that my partner found this place for me (he's a fitness n***** It's possibly the most efficient workout ever. I admire Adam's creativity in finding ways to lift weights while at home. He works you hard, and the results are amazing. I am very grateful to him and the In Form folks.

I have been with Dan at Inform Fitness for about 8 months or so. It is by far the best break in my entire work week. No need to shower or change. No extra bag to carry. And it's a solid workout. Couldn't be happier with how much stronger I feel.Jillian is my personal Rockstar when it comes to shift my appointment around when meetings run late ans I need to adjust my appointment.Love this gym!

I have been going to InForm Fitness for 10 years. I find the workout routine helps to keep my muscles and joints operating properly and helps to minimize injury in sports. I highly recommend Adam and his team of trainers.

Being a Doctor of Physical Therapy and a student of resistance training (weight lifting) ?️♀️ and fitness my entire life (60 years so far) I was looking for an original Nautilus equipment gym nearby. As luck ? would have it I found inform fitness and my trainer, Rob Francis (as Dr. Doug McGuff of Body By Science says “If you have a chance to be trained by Rob Francis, take it!” I’ve been at inform fitness of Port Washington, NY now for 2+ years and I am very pleased.

Inform Fitness not only keeps you physically and mentally in shape, they were also there for me when I needed help recovering from surgery. I was able to recover sooner, with great care and get back to being 100% me again!

InForm Fitness weekly workouts have provided me with amazing long term stamina while skiing. I went to ski out west and my legs were in the best shape of my life. I strongly recommend any skier workout with Adam and his team, they are incredible!

I started going to InForm Fitness 4 years ago. As an avid cyclist and runner- I always thought my exercise was covered. Boy, was I wrong. Adam took a lot of time to help me realize that although sports and recreational activities are great, they aren’t a substitute for a weekly dose of high intensity strength training. InForm’s program is very challenging yet their customized equipment and unique approach makes me feel completely safe and I leave absolutely spent in just 20 minutes twice a week. I’ve belonged to numerous gyms and tried different approaches but this is the first time I could see and feel the difference. You have to experience this to understand how special it is. The staff is wonderful, Adam and Shayla not only helped me get physically fitter, they also helped helped me with my perspective on what exercise can be when done the right way. Highly recommended!
