The owner, Kirby, was just as impressive. He stepped in to assist and also contacted customer service to make sure everything was handled properly. It’s clear that he truly cares about both his customers and his staff.

“Roma does great work. Dropped off my dress leather dress boots for a new sole and they were done only a couple days later completely better than new. They replaced the plastic with genuine leather for a softer step and put a color matched traction bottom on. Highly recommend them.”
