“Great for kayak and SUP rentals as Manhasset Bay is protected from larger waves and is a no wake zone. Great fishing for striped bass and bluefish.
The shop also has a great variety of fishing equipment and bait alongside clothing and boating gear.
Most importantly the owner, John, is extremely knowledgeable and experienced and always has great insights.”

For those in residency/healthcare who want their Patagonia Better Sweaters/other fleece jackets customized with their name/logo, this is the place to do it! Best part is, Mike is the nicest guy ever! “Mark is the Best !!! I had a wonderful experience at this store. As a mom with a child with special needs life overwhelming with each new finding and each new piece of equipment. My daughter received her first pair of AFOs and I was in a desperate search to find a shoe that fit over them. After going to what felt like 100 stores, I stopped in at new balance. Mark knew exactly what I needed. He seem to have a lot of experience with AFOs. He also gave me some suggestions on how to make the AFO fit better and even provide a diagram for the maker. He made me feel at ease. This is a new journey for me. The new balance 990s work perfect for AFOs. I just have one little suggestion the store should offer a few more colors on that style . They only had gray. Thanks again I will be back.”
“A year ago, my daughter learned to dive through Scuba Network LI. I refreshed my dormant diving skills as well. We also needed guidance with equipment purchases and dive site recommendations. Together, we continued our diving education with Scuba Network LI, recently earning our Rescue Diver certifications.
From the first phone inquiry, we’ve been welcomed, expertly guided and treated like family. Since then, we have been diving with Steve, Martha, Dan and their cadre of caring, knowledgeable and friendly dive instructors in Florida, Bonaire, St Lucia and Long Island.

“Like always, I'm really happy with their customers' service, I bought my first firearm with them following their guidance. I had a problem with a new shotgun I got, and they were very attentive to the factory guarantee. It took a while to get it back from the factory ( it is not an amazon package, is a firearm, of course, it will take a while). I strongly recommend them. They have so many options to offer, and if you don't see what you want, they can also get it for you and, at the same time, give you more options. If you are a hunter, sporting shooter, or looking for home defense and personal defense, I'm sure they have what you need.”

I was there to return an online purchase - there was a line that moved swiftly because an additional staff hovers to take care anyone who's there to return only.
Returning the item but using a credit card other than the one I used to purchase - was no issue as I realized it only after a day or 2. My refund was returned to my acct via another ccard. Using the Nike app made things easier in general.

“Needed a new pair of skates and was recommended by my brother to go see Dante instead of go to a random hockey store and I am extremely glad I did! Dante got me fitted and had me try on multiple skates and find out which ones fit best! He then ordered a special pair in my size for wide feet and I had them quickly shipped to the store where he had them heated and specially fitted to each foot and then he sharpened them absolutely perfectly! An absolutely incredible experience and deal as the price couldn’t of been beat and the knowledge and advice he gives you is brilliant, I would highly recommend going to see him and get your skates the right way if your serious about skating!
