“I recently had my 2015 Jeep in for its inspection. It is always nerve-racking on how much I’ll have to spend to get the car approved and how long my car will be unavailable. I really appreciated us planning getting the car in and their communication letting me know what they already had to repair ( because I already authorized what I knew I needed to get the inspection approved). Not only was the mechanic communicative, the office manager, Dawn called me when completed with a full report and bill. My car is running so well, and all the work, including a new battery was less than $400. What a relief of not having a huge bill going into a summer with no money.
