They were absolutely wonderful and provided outstanding customer service. I was going through a difficult time, and everyone there was so thoughtful and kind. Most importantly, they did a beautiful job repairing my car and even finished sooner than promised. I couldn’t recommend them more!”
“Kirk was awesome. He pumped my gas for me on a cold day. The full service has prices are reasonable. Unfortunately they do not allow card tips, so I was not able to tip him properly. He offered to check my tires and clear snow off my car, after I said I only had $1 in cash to tip. Customer service in most places is not what it used to be, but Kirk is a class act.”
“I had come down from Schroon Lake to do some shopping and my tire pressure light came on. I went to put air in and the one tire wouldn’t take air.
I googled tire centers and BJ’s had good reviews and wasn’t far away.
Front desk was very helpful and friendly. Even when I wasn’t in the greatest of moods.
Crew in back were also friendly. They diagnosed the problem quickly - a screw in the tire.
Patched and ready to go in about 30 minutes. Price was more than reasonable.

“Recently I needed to have a recall on my Dodge Ram 1500 taken care of and as Blevins of Massena acted like It was to much of a hassle for them to get the airbag sent from Nemer Dodge so I could get it done locally I went to Nemer Dodge to have it done. Tim the parts manager set it up for me and I must say it was worth the 3hr drive to get professional and friendly service ...Nicole was friendly and personable and made the experience very nice...great team and I'll be back for more.”
