Huge Lowe’s store with a large selection of home items, from tools and appliances, to lighting and hardware. Store itself is clean and organized, easy to find what you need.

Not a good experience at all, I placed an online order over 2 weeks ago and I was told that I would receive my order on Saturday. I was called by this store directly, told it was going out that day and I waited all day long until at the end of the day I receive a email saying it was postponed okay no big deal, then it was postponed 3 more times by the store and which each time I was either contacting or being contacted by the store my next delivery date the following Saturday comes around and it doesn’t come. I call and speak with deliveries and ask them to be honest if it isn’t coming on Monday as I have contractors coming to install this item and would cancel that day if that wasn’t the case, I was promised that it would be here on Monday. I called Monday and was told that it would be out for delivery as that is what it days but we Will have someone contact you. No call and I check my status on the app to see it was moved to Wednesday and when called I was given every excuse in the book followed with an “I’m sorry” I was told I would be receiving a call by the “end of day” and here we are no phone call with the status of me refund as this resulted in a last minute local hunt to find the items I needed, with no thanks to this Lowe’s with zero customer service or any even honesty with the exception of the fact that they didn’t want to lift it.

Ordered online. Received text message order was ready. Went to pick up order, which was staged for pick up. But, one item
was not with order. Sales sent a person to pick up the missing item.

I searched and searched for a special light bulb when an elderly worker offered assistance. He walked right up to what I was looking for.

Went to get a gallon of paint, ended up wearing some of it on my clothing. This was after hearing the worker discuss with another customer she'd been out all night and working with no sleep. So thanks to her selfishness, I managed to ruin $100 of clothing. Manager didn't even try to reconcile. Awful.

I went in looking for a set of forsner bits with hex shanks , but no luck. They didn't have any bits except the ones with the smooth shanks for a regular drill or drill press.

Just bought a toilet with the help of Greg. Very kind, very helpful, gave lots of advice on the most popular toilets, the supplies we would need, and important tips for DIY toilet replacement. Even pushed the through the store and loaded the toilet into the car. Thanks Greg!
