Our 13-year-old Louie started out nervous, but the staff were warm, patient, and genuinely invested in her care—exactly what you hope for when you’ve inherited a service dog who doesn’t like being away from her person. Knowing Louie was happy and safe allowed me to focus on everything else. Highly recommend!

6890 US-11, PotsdamMy experience with this office last week was amazing! I dread taking my dog to the vet. We were welcomed by the office staff and my dog got a few pets which made her more comfortable. The vet tech was awesome with my dog and knowledgeable. Dr Bean was great with my dog. I felt he listened to me and wasn’t rushed. He was filling in. I was assured the full time vet is equally as good.
The office smelled and looked clean! I’ve had to call twice since with a couple of questions and the phone got answered right away and staff member found out the answers to my questions. Very please with them. I am going to bring my puppy there too.

5726 NY-56, PotsdamI have now been for a lunch and dinner, dinner being on the 4th of July. Even though it was busy, the seevice was quick and efficient.
The food, although a little on the pricier side is well worth it. Quality ingredients with great flavors.
Will be back.

I used to order takeout easily or 6 times to every 1 time I've dined in. If the price difference between dining in and ordering takeout remain that steep, ordering takeout will be a LOT less frequent.

A-1 Kitchen Chinese Restaurant
80 Market St, PotsdamDecent prices and good food. I frequently get the beef and broccoli dinner combo for about $12.95 and it's always enough for 1.5 meals for me. The beef here tastes higher quality than the Asian buffet in Potsdam. I actually prefer how slimy and thick the Asian buffets beef and broccoli is though. But A-1 kitchens gives a large portion and it tastes healthier and higher quality. I do wish that the ratio of beef to broccoli was changed to have more beef, but that's just me. My father has mentioned that he thinks the ratio is perfect. The egg rolls, fried rice, and crab Rangoon from here are also good. I order take out from here about once a month and I will definitely continue to do so in the future!

30 Market St, PotsdamCustomer service is fantastic. Phone voice engaging that lava cookie ? ??. Sadly the fried chicken in the wrap was too dry to eat BUt the Caprese salad was perfect and the best locally. So almost all good. Watch the cook time on the chicken ❤️
