Recently went to this brewery while in town and it wasn’t too bad. The atmosphere and location are great, right on the river walk and a beautiful building with indoor and outdoor seating. They also have golf sims and a little merch store to check out. There was only one problem with my visit. When we arrived the hostess told us it would be about 30 minutes, which isn’t bad. It ended up being at least 70-80 minutes! Very far off from 30. Apparently there were 2 parties of 40 so that’s what took so long. Anyways, well worth the wait. The food was delicious, amazing pizza, apps and drinks, and our waitress was great. Overall a nice brewery in Saranac Lake to check out. Just be prepared to wait pretty long if it’s busy.

Mr. Belvedere in the window upstairs welcomed us warmly
We enjoyed the lovely porch, and although our food was prompt enough, one waitress can only do so much!!!
Food itself was nice, but not nice enough for the price. The pickled peppers in the Utica Chicken Riggies were something really special though.

We had a very tasty meal here. The variety of menu options was great and mostly homemade or locally sourced. The dining room is older but clean and the service was excellent. The bread and dip was delicious and unique! Only 4 stars because a lot of the information boasted large portions and we found the portions small compared to the price. For example, the chicken parm had 3 bites of pasta. If we were in the area again, we would consider going back.

Stopped by because we're on vacation and needed to hit the grocery store next door. Killed time while my wife grabbed a few things by ordering a flight. Beers were ok but nothing blew my mind. I was told to try the pizza and boneless wings with homemade wing sauce. We ordered pepperoni, sausage, jalapeno and hot honey pie. Also wings with house made wing sauce. Food was pleasantly outstanding. Service was fine. For stopping on a whim we enjoyed our time. Interesting way to repurpose a car wash.
