Recently went to this brewery while in town and it wasn’t too bad. The atmosphere and location are great, right on the river walk and a beautiful building with indoor and outdoor seating. They also have golf sims and a little merch store to check out. There was only one problem with my visit. When we arrived the hostess told us it would be about 30 minutes, which isn’t bad. It ended up being at least 70-80 minutes! Very far off from 30. Apparently there were 2 parties of 40 so that’s what took so long. Anyways, well worth the wait. The food was delicious, amazing pizza, apps and drinks, and our waitress was great. Overall a nice brewery in Saranac Lake to check out. Just be prepared to wait pretty long if it’s busy.

We came on New Years Eve and they were testing out some new things on the menu. Because of this, everything was FREE! They were very upfront and they let us know that there was an optional 2nd menu with items that they were still working on. The normal menu was still available but given the chance, my party had to try it out. This was a really fun experience - we'd never heard of something like that before. After the meal, there was a slip of paper where we could anonymously write feedback. I love this idea and wish more places would experiment to see what their customers really like.

Overall we enjoyed our food and, while there were definitely some things that needed work, that's what we signed up for! Our server was also very sweet and the restaurant gave off a very homey, welcoming vibe.

One of our favorite spots for years. So much to compliment. The food is made to order with good quality ingredients. The specials are always fun and with variety! This family owned and operated business is part of the community, great to their team, great to their customers. Full support! Pizzas are unique thin cooked so right, yum! Salads and sandwiches are so flavorful, from the Buckner salad with baked goat cheese to the Fried or grilled chicken man sandwich… the best! I have to go back and check on the blue cheese… I remember it being the best around. See you soon and see you often.

I cannot say enough amazing things about China Jade — this is hands-down the BEST Chinese food I have ever had and that’s saying a lot after living in and visiting multiple cities across the U.S.

I literally drove all the way from Lake Placid just to get this food and it was 100% worth it.

Every single dish is incredibly fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. But the standout for me was the orange chicken — it actually has real orange slices in it and they are absolutely delicious! I didn’t even know oranges could be prepared like that in a savory dish and it completely elevated the flavor to something unique and unforgettable.

You can truly taste the difference here. This isn’t your typical takeout — it’s on another level. If you’re anywhere near Saranac Lake, this place is a MUST. I will absolutely be making that drive again!
