Both Scott and Tom helped me throughout the entire process of starting new accounts and setting up mobile online banking! They both went above and beyond were extremely efficient and hospitable!! They were ready to get me in and out as quickly as possible and making sure to take their time and paying attention to detail when necessary! They answered all my questions, fixed all my problems, and made me feel very welcome. This is my first time with Bank of America but seeing the staff treating regulars like family knowing us by name and always being considerate. This bank in poughkeepsie is more than worth the time and energy to become a patron here!!!

Tom Votano is truly one of a kind. He has helped us in a lot of ways where I went to 3 different locations and they couldn’t help us with our problem. The time and dedication he shows to his clients are exceptional and I really recommend meeting with him when you go to this location. Thank you for everything Tom!

We have been banking at this branch location for many years and have always found the staff to be well trained and customer service focused. The branch has recently been remodeled in a way that permits business account customers a fast lane for processing commercial transactions. Although upon entering the lobby, every customer is welcomed with a sincere request of—"How may I help you today?" by the branch greeter. An ATM in the bank's entry area allows for immediate service during and after normal banking hours—for those quick check deposits or in getting immediate cash.In a age of just ATM's, neighborhood banking with the human touch is very much appreciated, which makes it easy to be loyal to Bank of America.

Mike Lyons really spent time to make sure I was prepared for the Homebuying process. Even when he could not step in and assist (due to personal circumstances) he made sure to refer me to someone who could keep the ball rolling and who was very knowledgeable about the process. Both Bank of America representatives educated me, responded quickly not only to my inquiries but to my agent and attorney, and they both made sure I was on the path for closing. These representatives left me with a good taste as to how Bank of American helps their clients.I recommend this bank for new homeowners!!

HORRIBLE. Just terrible. Nobody ever answers the phone, and this branch is often inexplicably closed, even when their website (and Google Maps) says they're open.

Worst service ever. I was made to drive from New Paltz to Poughkeepsie because lobby services are limited due to Covid. Understand that. When I arrived for a simple notary signature that would have taken 5 minutes or less they refused to help me until 1200. That would be a 50 minute wait. When I protested i was told I had to wait for after she took a customer who had an appointment. They weren’t here yet and in the time it took them to argue with me about doing it they could have finished it. Ive been waiting 10 minutes for this appointment she had to do first to show. They still aren’t here and i could have been helped and on my way already. They want patience due to Covid but give none. POOR SERVICE FOR SURE.

Absolutely terrible services, the benefits I saw when signing up don’t outweigh the negatives so I will be leaving this bank asap. Applied for a small loan with very good credit was denied, I went to a bank I had never set foot in and they approved me for a much larger loan instantly. Also went to have a paper notarized, they gave me run around and difficulties so again I went to another bank that notarized immediately with no trouble! Have also witnessed appalling racist behavior although I know that is branch specific, still should not be tolerated in a professional company
