“Great bookstore with a nice selection of books and a relaxing atmosphere. It was easy to browse around without feeling rushed, and there was a good variety to choose from. Definitely a nice place for anyone who enjoys books.”
“I stumbled upon this cute little bookstore while on a business trip from Texas, and I’m so glad I did. From the moment I walked in, I was promptly greeted and told, “Walter’s in the back, he’ll be right out.” Sure enough, the owner came out to say hello.
There was zero pressure, just a welcoming atmosphere and a chance to browse at my own pace. The shop has a really lovely, thoughtfully curated selection of unique books, along with maps and artwork featuring local places. I ended up snagging a book and having a great conversation with Walter, which made the stop even more memorable. It’s such a pleasure to see a small, independent bookstore that’s clearly thrived for so long. If you’re in the area, you should definitely stop by and tell Walter, hi!”
“Some items are marginally overpriced to profit for the school, however there is a wide selection of Marist merchandise to choose from, including some toiletries and miscellaneous items found normally in a Rite Aid. Bathroom nearby”
“Should have some more chapter books, and also picture books like historical ones and science ones, but not bad. Good for supplies. I don't remember seeing picture books there probably were one or two.”
“Great selection and perfect pricing! The staff is so sweet and they always have different titles to pick from.
Parking is close, and they have a nice wheeled cart to help you bring your book purchase to the car!
They take cash, credit, and tap to pay.”
