From Alexa welcoming us in at the door, to Arlo helping us with stuffing our new Capybara, the experience was amazing! They made a very comfortable, welcoming environment for us and their customer service was exceptional! Looking forward to going back there soon.

We came here for a 1st birthday build a bear and let the staff helping know we never built a bear and we came here for the experience the whole time the staff made us feel dumb and not help or provide the experience that comes with building the bear. When it came to picking the bears bath and clothing the staff simply pointed us to the wall and nothing else. We didn’t even know what to do at the bath station and we picked clothing item that wasn’t part of the birthday package and costed way way more. When it came to checking out they kept trying to sell us more shit like a bag to keep the bear and sash and what not nobody explained the extras are not part of the birthday package not once. They just made us feel dumb it wasn’t magical for anyone we were just dumbfounded didn’t even pack our bear in the box it comes with or tell us about the certificate the bear comes with. We were just expected to “know it”.

Why I didn’t give a 5 stars
Poughkeepsie NY location Sunday afternoon.
The sound gadget placed in the stuffed toy bear is extremely low in sound and makes it not even with it. However, the gadget is already closed up in the toy which means you bought it .
The young ladies service was great, unfortunately only two employees working at the time.
My granddaughters birthday is tomorrow, she had a great experience and I took advantage of the buy one get the 2nd for $14 promo.

We went today for my daughter’s birthday bear and Gabby helped us. She was very sweet and patient with my little one. She made our day even more special. Thank you, Gabby!

This place the store specifically I forgot the name of the manager and the associate working this morning (sorry) but they help me this morning at 10:00 a.m. on September 10 2024. I came in to pick up my online. They're very helpful and kind friendly people. A place that I would definitely go to multiple times they definitely gave me a reason to come back. I had questions they answered them they were very knowledgeable on everything that I needed to know or wanted to know. Everything was very fast-paced that they didn't waste a lot of time but they also took the time to make sure all the needs were satisfied that I had. Thank you very much again.

We went here for my niece and nephew’s bday. Staff is super nice and helpful! Made them feel special for their bday. Jacob spent an hour with us and he was super patient and sweet!

I had such an amazing experience here today the staff is so nice and helpful, as an adult with autism I love plush animals and my husband wanted to get me Zero the plush as I love the movie Nightmare Before Christmas and we were unable to get him last year. From the point of picking out my plush to checkout the experience was phenomenal the woman who stuffed Zero was amazing as I was self conscious as I would be looked at weird as an adult who really loves this experience. From walking in to leaving I felt welcome and like a little kid! Thank you for the amazing experience and the ability to feel normal in a not so normal environment for an adult.
