After Hyde Park closed, this became the closest location and it is easily the worst one. I have almost been robbed, almost had my car stolen, and the atms rarely work. I’m done with chase.

No one answers the phone because they are "too busy helping other customers". No option to get a call back therefore forcing me to drive there to ask them a simple question. I give two stars, not one, because this relatively common for all companies.

THIS BRANCH IS TRASH. I DON'T KNOW WHY THEY WASTE MONEY ON PHONES BECAUSE NOBODY ANSWERS THEM. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE.
