No walk-in ATM, just a single outside ATM with a great deal of customers

No ATM inside the building. Just one outside for drive through. Outside ATM only has $20 bills. Building isn’t updated to the more modern Chase brick and mortar style. It’s inside a shopping lot so plenty of parking.

I did not experience any rude behavior from staff. They were professiona and friendly. But their system was down
