The poutine portion size was pretty small, literally one potato cut into 4 wedges, and it was pretty salty. The dry-aged steak was definitely the best but everything was pretty good.

Been there over 20 times, the food is really good, my only complaint is that the tables are too close together, but the food is amazing.

Thomas Kacherski opened Crew Restaurant in May of 2009 and has created a casual and modern environment with a dedication to local and organic fare.
Thomas is a 2001 Culinary Institute of America (CIA) graduate, has been recognized by Wine Spectator Magazine, Hudson Valley Magazine, and Zagat. In addition he has recently been inducted into the Chaîne des Rôtísseurs, the oldest and largest food and wine society in the world. As well as a member of the Society of Fellows at the Culinary Institute of America.
Crew’s staff is highly trained and dedicated to the owner’s visions. Crew is part of the CIA extern program, providing students with extensive training on site. Many chefs currently employed are CIA alumni.
