Not very helpful staff they get annoyed when you ask them for different sizes and when my daughter tried to return her shoes that were uncomfortable she only wore them one time and they looked still brand new. The staff gave her a hard time with returning them and told her that she couldn’t return them.

I just walked into the Poughkeepsie Galleria this morning and saw that the store was stripped down to the shelves. This is a huge shock - that location was usually very busy, and we always found my son's shoes there. Sadness.

A terrible on line presence. Don't buy from these jokers. Absolutely NO customer service. Horrible, horrible, horrible!!!
