“LOFT absolutely deserves a full five stars! I stopped in during Black Friday to pick up some Christmas gifts for my girlfriend, and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better shopping experience. Even with the store being packed and everyone hunting for deals, the staff stayed calm, friendly, and incredibly helpful. You could tell they were putting in real effort to make sure every customer found what they needed.

I walked in with only a general idea of what I was looking for, and within minutes one of the associates helped guide me toward the perfect outfits. They didn’t rush me or push anything I didn’t want — instead, they took the time to ask what my girlfriend likes, what sizes she normally wears, and even suggested pieces that would match her style. That alone made the stress of Black Friday disappear.
